I started in the fitness industry when I was only 18 years old, and I knew that it was where I belonged. I had always been into fitness and enjoyed being active through my whole childhood. I was involved in Martial Arts, Wrestling and Football throughout high school and was generally a very physical person. I have been in the field for 26+ years and plan to stay here for many more. While I always enjoyed my work and was successful with it, I was not as passionate then as I am now. The passion didn’t come until much later. The passion came through the most painful loss I have ever experienced…"

I came to know Christ in jail in 2013 by reading a book, "Overcoming spiritual blindness" by James P. Gills MD. The veil was taken off my eyes. Heaven came through for me in my finances too, getting $50,000 in 2months. I can support God's work and give back to my community. God is absolutely more than enough!

I’m a stage 4 cancer survivor and I’ve been cancer free for almost 5 years.
I was in a toxic marriage for 11 years. He made me feel worthless and like I was less than a woman because I had to get a hysterectomy for the cancer I was diagnosed with.
I woke up one day and I said to myself, “okay, this is enough. I survived stage 4 cancer and I don’t want to spend my second chance living like this. I didn’t fight so hard to live to be treated like this. I didn’t fight to be called down and to feel worthless.”
I am now in month 8 of working on myself. My self love journey..
I am incredibly proud of myself!
may God bless you and I hope that you have a great family. I also have breast cancer and my family got rid of me like trash. Before I got cancer I would do every thing for them and once I became sick they wanted nothing to do with me.

I was treated the same by family when I lost my son. I needed support and found none. I’m still confused by the treatment but it’s done now. I will never feel the same way toward them.
I’m sorry you had to go through that alone. God Bless you and know that Jesus will never leave us. So even when we’re alone, we still have a God who walks through it with us !

I am human, I am a man, but right now I don't know my place on earth, I Don't feel like a matter to any one Why because I'm so tired of crying and suffering. I'm 49 but I've been through so much sadness, first I lost my first born, I lost my father, my mother and recently my lady. But GOD gave me strength and I will rise again.

I just turned 21 in March I also became a father on March 25 few months later my father passed away due to committing suicide I felt empty for so long that after hearing this made me open my eyes to another level of perception and now I feel more motivated to accomplish things I’ve never done and hopefully one day inspire others

I have been clean for almost a year enlisting in the air force and back with my family. Thank you coach pain for making me see how far I have come and how far I have to keep pushing. I AM WORTHY, I WILL MAKE IT. THIS IS MY LIFE THAT I AM FIGHTING FOR. NO ONE IS GONNA DO ME BETTER THAN I DO ME.
I needed this message, I needed to take this and embedded it into my heart- to let it take hold of me- I lost my right foot 10/3/2020 due to complications of diabetes. My life changed in an instant and after 2 months in the hospital and rehab dropped me at home but combined with the COVID crisis left me truly alone in the darkness of a wheelchair, knowing that I cannot even stand on my own, that hope seems far off. Thank you for reminding that it is necessary for me to suffer, that it is necessary for me to be alone, that it is necessary for me to fight to move forward no matter how slow the pace may be, that this too shall pass, the loneliness will end, that this is temporary, the emptiness will stop, I will not be alone and someday I will walk and then fight to run again. I cannot express my gratitude to god for letting me live through this ordeal because it could have gone a completely different direction. As I listen to these words I realize that the purpose of the "why" may never be understood, but my purpose is undeterred and even though I cannot see through the darkness sometimes, I'm still breathing and the lesson is patience.

The energy from the person you lost has only been transferred, transitioned into another spiritual being and is still with you... They are now fighting battles on your behalf that you know nothing about and advocating for you in way that helps you more than you can ever believe. For so long I've fought this darkness inside, the seemingly never ending war in my mind. I've always said the things we go through, and the pain we suffer, only make us stronger. I have always tried to be there for others, and help them when they need it, to lift them up off the ground and keep them pushing forward. When I'm on the ground, I look around and everyone just kept going, so I struggle and fight to get back up. I try to always remember to Never back down, never give up.
It's been years since I've hurt myself, and years since I've used drugs, I've tried turning my life around. Yet no one believes in me, almost everyone has left me, fighting alone in the darkness. My physical pain drains me every day, but the inability to afford help means that, yet again, I'll fight this alone. My mental pain tears at me at what feels to be all times of the day, or night. I've tried talking before, and people either attack me, or don't understand, and have either forgotten about it, or don't care about it.
Even though I'm surrounded by darkness, small stars of light like you, keep showing me there is a way. Trying to guide me out of the surrounding evil, and though I don't have anyone to fight for anymore.. and I don't believe in myself enough to fight for myself. I will continue to try and fight this, so that if I come across just one more person, someone who needs a hand, then I can be there for them. Maybe that's my job, to show others that there's help, and to be the one to help someone else. I can be stronger than my darkness..

God created us in His Image, God don’t fail and sure didn’t create failures therefore we must always remind ourselves that we are not failures regardless of the circumstances we found ourselves. We got the yeast to Rise after a Fall. There’s a place for me in this world, am born to make a difference in my world. I want to live my mark in the hearts of men by affecting lives positively. When they say it gets better, they don’t specify that it doesn’t get better because things went back to normal. Things get better because YOU will learn to adapt and overcome. Start with realizing it sucks to lose someone or something, but you have to better yourself for you not them. The universe is real and will give you the life you deserve if the work is put in. Thank you for this as I lost my Mom in Nov 2020. she was on lockdown since March 2020. Tragic she spent the last eight months of her life during a pandemic. The hurt is deep, and I couldn't save her. I lost so much. I needed this more than I can say.
Embrace all of that pain and hurt and use it to drive yourself to make your mom proud when she looks down upon you. The word no, the phrase I can't, or wanting to give up doesn't exist in your mind you hear me??!! Be true and be strong for the ones who seek your strength!!
Yes be strong and make her proud, God rest her soul and God's peace to you. Listen to the Gregorian Monks Chants in Germany and will know your mother is safely home
I am so sorry that you lost your mother especially doing this crazy times please know I understand that lost I too lost my mother almost 10 years now. Losing a mother can be difficult in fact I also lost my father last year. It wasn't because of the pandemic but nevertheless losing your parents can be tough. I truly wish you all the best please continue to make her proud.

It can be like a 100 ft. wave that crashes on you with no warning. I know many families are suffering in silence. no one knows what anyone is going through so be kind. I know I must be strong to honor my parents, and fight for those who have no voice. The elderly and frail.

Dont forget everybody. When the lights are flashing for tow truck drivers as well. They're getting somebody off the side of the road. Somebody who is often scared and doesnt realize the danger that the tow operators are in when they are there. When i show up to any call in my tow truck and theres cops or fire or emt's on scene. I make sure they feel appreciated. Every 4 days in north america a tow operator is killed at the side of the road. Let that sink in. Somebody dies every 4 days because their lights are ignored. Slow down AND move over for flashing lights. We sacrifice it all. Friends, family, and our own sanity. Just to get everybody home safely.
