The harmony of the page is really appealing. This is a skill set I need to develop so I appreciate the discussion of what you see and how the eye moves across the page based on color and object placement.

I'm so glad it is allowing you to see the design/composition a bit differently. Thank you for your comments!

I recently discovered your channel, and have been hooked! I love your use of soft and muted colors. They make my heart happy. I grew up in northern Illinois and still miss the Midwest; so, your channel is also a slice of home. Thanks so much for all you share!

That is so nice, thank you! You missed snow on Halloween I know, right? And the colors here are lovely right now, the snow didn't last LOL. Hope you have beautiful seasons where you are now.

Hi Kelly! I just really love the layout of these pages and the actual WC paper texture is so interesting when paint is applied. The colors are all just gorgeous. I really have learned allot from the first video as well as this one. Thanks so much! And the music you play is perfect!

I love the texture of Fabriano cold press watercolor! Glad you enjoyed both parts of the October Favorites, they were a lot of fun to create.

Oh he is so cute! Your object placement observations are greatly appreciated. I’m in love with glauconite as well. It’s a tricky pigment and definitely benefits from pre-wetting. Nice video. Thanks 🌺

I always love watching you paint and hearing your thoughts. I just got my first round of Roman Szmal paint this afternoon (about 7 colors - pre-sale) and I have another larger order in transit from when they went on sale. Gloucanite is among the second group. I can't wait to try them. I am blocking out the weekend to play with my journal and do some online classes. I have several of your classes in queue and can't wait to play with them further. Thank you again for another inspiring video.

Thank you, Kelly! Fun video! I enjoy seeing how you play with the colors and all the details about movement. I want to better understand how my colors move - some just seem to hold their ground, but I haven't documented which ones. I think I need to do some experiments. 😊

You are welcome and thank you for being inspired! If you look at my 100 days playlist, this is what started it all. Those little strips let me see what moved, what didn't and what mixes I like. Don't make it too complicated, just grab some paper and paints and start experimenting.
