Nice workout! Provo has sure changed since I left almost 40 years ago. Have ran that route (Center street to Utah Lake) many many times except for some of the roads and sub-divisions that weren't built yet on the way back!

Try not to kip on your pull-ups. Do as many reps with strict form and you'll be less likely to develop injuries.
