I was at another customer earlier in the week. They were taking those 5 gallon buckets, running through a RotoVap to remove all the Ethanol and then processing the leftover crude into CBD Isolate. By calculations the Isolate they got back out of waste material using our Screw Press paid for the press 3x over in the course of year 1. Monetize your Waste Material, Don't throw away top-line profits!
We use the VinceCorp screw press to recycle our spent biomass which is a byproduct of CBD extraction. It allows us to recover an additional 12-15% of the CBD from the biomass and allows us to recycle 95-97% of our ethanol. The machine paid for itself in about 6 or 7 days.

I will try and get that video up in a couple of days, It will give you a much cleaner looking full spectrum extract

These will remove roughly 50% of the water by weight if freshly harvested hemp is pressed through it. 7.5% sugar, 0.5% CBD will come out so minimal loss, and no terpene loss. To get to a usable CBD oil is a far more complicated process.
Can you please explain How you have prepare the RAW MATERIALS 😱😱 (first place) and how you have extracted the CBD oil afterwards (last phase)? What about THC percentage ???
Im not certain what this customer did to prepare the raw materials. This was post process waste material they were pressing. Was going in the trash and now its $$. All that liquid contains CBD, ethanol, and some undesireables that need filtered out.
@@PazLeBon Hi. We have presses that can do 1,000 KG's /hour, 3000 KG's /hour and 8000 kgs/per hour. We should have one running in Gibraltar in August this year.
Don't buy it from our customers then. They filter all that out after pressing their post process material. They love the extra 30k a day the machines generate for them

Many turn it into Animal feed. Some probably throw it away. Im sure there are more uses though.
