I made the entire video beautifully but at the end it showed that free users cannot exceed the limit of 2 mins. I was soo fed up,I felt helpless because I had to submit the video next day n it consisted of 40 marks. Coming from middle class family I couldn't afford thier packages. I had to edit the entire video and bring the duration to 2mins. It took me 1 day but not satisfied with the outcome and yes I had to submit my assignment late. What im suggesting is plzz before creating a video plz put a disclaimer saying that free users cannot exceed the limit of 2 mins.
Honestly, i wanna say, yeah this is good for animating for those who are bad at drawing characters, and backrounds. But for those who are good at drawing characters and backrounds, using Adobe Animate CC is preferred
This is a good start for a teacher or a student BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE IS NON EXISTENT. They will promise to help and absolutely never will. I had a presentation to present to my administration ( I had the pro version which is also a big mistake) and I begged and pleaded for someone to assist me for over a week and all I got was emails promising to help but never did. They definitely need a customer service class to learn from. It’s unfortunate.

With the character selected, right above the workspace you can see a line of options. You can use the 'Flip' feature present here to change the characters direction.

This is really expensive for something you can’t even try, and for what I read you expect people to create a video and find out late that it’s unable to be downloaded without paying such a price. On top of that, customer service seems to be useless once people have signed up. Can’t you people not being honest for once! Always the tendency to scam others!
