I decided to watch y’all’s podcasts on TH-cam and for the life of me, this podcasts became one of my favorite ones to listen and watch. I be listening to y’all whenever I’m getting for work/college. It feels like I’m on FaceTime with y’all and listening to y’all’s chisme or scary stories. Thank y’all, for inspiring me on my workout journey. Especially Ricardo-I really felt it when you mentioned looking in the mirror, not liking what you see, and knowing you have to make a change. I’ve always been athletic, but life caught up with me. Getting married, buying a house, getting a new car, starting a new job, and dealing with bills-it all piled on me, and I made excuses not to work out. When I got married in 2022, I weighed 155 pounds, but I eventually hit my heaviest at 215. Now, I’m down to 185, and I feel so much better-both with my physique and my health. I truly appreciate y’all. Hearing you speak your mind reminds me of myself, and I see a lot of my own struggles and growth in y’all. I’ll keep learning and growing, and I’m grateful for the motivation y’all provide. #CB4L

Guys!!! Duendes are real!!! I’m telling you! My mom had about 100 duendes in our house and she gives them candy, alcohol, cookies, money. They always bring good luck. They braid my mom’s hair and I hear them all the time. If you are good to them they are good to you!!!

It’s a cool place to tour around with but idk about living there.
