    The old expression: "Eat the Frog first" really works. It means tackle the biggest ugliest nastiest chore first in your day, to get it over with. The remainder of the day will flow like milk. (uh green tea). Take care, LL

    I use the Pomodoro technique (google it and google tomato timer). Basically just working in intervals you choose of something like 25 minutes of 100% undisturbed work then 5 minutes of a break (recommended to get up and walk around, but you could do social media)--the point is is that at 5min the timer beeps and makes you get off and get back to work. After 4 25min working sessions you get a 15 min break. There's some evidence you learn better this way but in all honestly having your "break" with a timer on it makes the biggest difference for me.

    How I get more done.1.I don't let housework pile up. I do the dishes as soon as I finish eating and cooking. 2.I use time wisely. For example, I will put dinner in the slow cooker. While that's going, sweep the floor and mop. That's done.I clean from the top down. Think.if you clean the floor first,then dust off the ceiling, what happens to the floor?gotta reclean it. Laundry. I pair up socks,gloves and mittens, right at the laundromat. Fold the clothing. Soon as I get home,put it away. One tip I've been using is keep what you need to take with you each day all grouped together in one place. Putting keys in the same place every day saves so much time. Have a set place for everything.

    Sundays are planning days for me. I try to get as much detail in what I want to get done that week. Scheduling all my workouts, meetings, meals everything. On the first of the month I make rules, things like don't buy anything in convenience stores for the month and put it on my fridge so I'll see it everyday.

    I set a timer on my iPhone for 90 minutes at a time and then take an hour break and then come back and work for another 60-90 minutes. This keeps me focused and on task and helps me get MORE Done!

      Definitely get work done on weekends, but I find that waking up early is a lot more effective than staying up late.

    I was just doing this Today making a list of goals. First thing I have control over is cleaning where I live. I am going to de-clutter my room then de-clutter my mind.

    One thing that has helped me avoid being trapped on Facebook is "unfollowing" (not unfriending) anyone with negative feeds and showing first those with inspiration, motivation, etc. feeds. Makes it so if I do fall into Facebook, it inspires me to get off and back to work.

    Finding and utilizing tools for optimizing your time is also helpful. For example... If you are advertising, keeping a list of # words for copy and pasting instead of typing on every platform. Get some automatic posting apps, write out your entire lists of posts at one time, or make an entire months worth of graphics in one day and match them with your auto posts. Having and keeping a schedule is important.

    Really good advice as always, Jaspreet. I DO NOT participate in ANY social media, Period. There is not enough time in my life to be distracted by that Crap. And the fuel that you feed your body will have a very big impact one your energy levels. I quit eating animal products in 1969 (@ 18years old), and only in the last 15 or 20 years have started eating some dairy, fish, and free range eggs from my own chickens. Fresh sautéed homegrown kale with garlic and a small portion of fatty fish, salmon or tuna is a power breakfast that will start your day strong.

    Never fail with your videos bro. I been out of social media besides youtube. For about 3 years now lol been great. Just the snack eating is the problem i get lazy when i eat junk food. And waste time. I have been trying to fix that aswell and it shall be done!

    Great habits to employ! Especially eating better; which is something I need to work harder at. I've rarely made the correlation between nutrition and accomplishing your business goals, but it's true.

    Hey Jaspreet, I watched a video from Ben Pakulski saying that greens are not so good before workout. They lower musclu damage due to stress on muscles, but that is not good when trying to trigger hypertrophy.

    I have headphones I put on music that blocks EVERYTHING out. Just start out with 2 good songs get in the zone and I get shit done. I use this a lot when I'm writing, cleaning, working when jobs allow it, and cooking.

    also green juice definitely is making you feel better, its very alkaline, so it reduces acid and helps absorb nutrients more easily, on top of helping bring more oxygen to the blood :D

    Good thing if the green juice helps you keep going! It's more because of the vitamin content though. Drinking a broccoli & spinach smoothie would likely have a similar effect. :)

    The Green Juice is pretty good. It helps oxygenate the blood and gets pH levels back in balance. This keeps the immune system at optimal levels which becomes an excellent Cancer preventive.

    My dad just have gave me a box of sweet potatoes. So bon apetit. Besides that I get up the same early time every day and take care of myself right away. Prayer and reading my Bible, workout, eat, andbchores. I wear real clothes so I'm not too cozy in lounge wear. The t.v. goes off for the rest of the work day and my internet time is curated. I had to be more assertive about phone calls because my family can be a distraction. Sorry can't let you rant for an hour bro. I'm so much more productive. And lastly, I go to bed on time!

    I'm much more productive when my life is more fullfilling. If I have something exciting to look forward to or a full day of new things to do, I'll get 10 times more work done in less time than if I dedicate a few days to plain boring work or usual routines.

    Actually it should be vitamins and natural fats- cut out the sugars (sugars are soda, fruits, carbs: bread, pasta, crackers)... eat as much bacon and butter as you like- just no sugars... and eat protein when needed (especially when working out). Greens are great. Don’t eat late at night or you won’t get good sleep. Work out at least two hours a week.

    How can you regain your motivation? I've been studying and getting better at what I'm doing for 2 years straight - had great success, then when I reached the goal I set for myself I just stopped to "take a break" which has been lasting for about 1 year now - seems like I can't get things done anymore, I get distracted easily and I can no longer focus. Not sure what to do to "get in the zone" again. I'm also more tired than before (I used to be able to put in 18 hours of solid work on my own business/improvement plan and now I can barely put in 4 at most before I just fall asleep)

    You know what; I'm in the process of starting my own business TheNewestFactor.com. I caught myself doing what you mentioned. I started checking the different social media for the business which caused me to procrastinate on finishing my business plan. I think since I'm more self-conscious about it; I've been able to snap out of it and get back to work. Thanks for sharing.
