Yea it sucks, he seemed like a pretty good guy from my interactions with him, he more recently seems to have gone a little crazy with a lot of conspiracy theory stuff and what not, but I'm happy to be able to honor his legacy at the very least.
It took me about 6 months to get into the review, but it only gave me more and more ideas of things to add to my world as I waited for it to get checked out. Then I added a load of extra things. Maybe in another year or so I'll resubmit and try to show off the extra stuff I added.
Love for you to see my world, started it way back on 360 and transferred it over to Xbox one, then to bedrock finally. Pretty large city, amusement park, unfinished museum (sadly), pixel art, just different type of structures, and many many many skin statues of TH-camrs, Actors, video game characters, and much much more. Also some 1:2 scale Star Wars dioramas recreations of Battle of Geonosis and Battle of Hoth. Love to see you critique it and see your reaction. we made a custom resource pack that goes over the top of the classic resource pack, for the paintings i shrunk toycat's face down to a low enough resolution to get a minecraft feel and we also put into the pack the new textures that we prefer (e.g. glass)
There's a multistory jail in Chicago, there were articles earlier this year about a lady going on a parking garage across the street and twerking at it....
One day when Looticrisia is finished, would you explore it / check it out? It is a creative world, i have to do creative because no world would have even 1/1000 of the lootability that i am giving the world... in all sectors (over, nether, end).... Even caves get a bit of love here and there (such as massive ore veins)...
About the speed of the minecart and comparison to other transport methods, we just need a decent minecart speed. Even the powered rail is rather sad, it doesn't show it going at realistic speeds... minecarts can go much faster. Even a 1.5x speed would be a big improvement and actually be useful for travel.

the big flat world was probably premade with the flatness and pathways or just not survival at all because the pathways have lodestones on them.
