Hey toycat, I'm the owner of the world with the waffle house and the doofenshmirtz building! I'm a little sad that you didn't enter the two houses as the quartz room in my house describes the lore of the world, but you made up for it with the perfect reaction to the nether! I've had a few worlds over the last 2 years and this has become my best one after just 2 months (the first nether update beta) and I'm glad you could see my best work!

Im on the Simpcraft realm and we found out that the piglins are running around so frantically because there are soul fire campfires (which theyre afraid of) on the outside of the wall and they can detect them

Just wanted to clarify a few things on DiamondDude's world.
1. The emerald in the nether was part of a beacon, we have a villager trading hall so we basically had infinite emeralds with our melons and pumpkins
2. The name had a part in brackets and that was (netherite beacon in progress) if you wanted to know we have nearly finished the bottom layer.
3. There are 3 different members in our group and what we wanted to do was personalise our own rooms.

Hey toycat, it’s the guy who made the world on your same seed! So id figure I’d answer some of your questions you had about it. So, I have not been watching you since I made the world; I just also happened to use the seed everything all those years ago! Regarding the desert, it was actually a desert, I just covered all the sand by hand. The swamp in your world was originally a plains biome, so I used editing software to covert it back. The chest were empty because I moved my stuff into my new house, which you didn’t go inside of. The hood is named that because that’s what me and my buddies called it back in 6th grade lol, and the name stuck. Most of the houses there were built by my friends, but I built a few of them. Builds such as the TU2 tutorial were actually teleported into this world using structure blocks and strange gold meddling. My grand plan for this world is to teleport every survival base I’ve ever hand into this one world and link them all together! And yes, the world is no longer legit survival, but a lot of the older things were built in survival. Eventually I got bored of doing survival but I was so invested in the world I just started using it as a place to build whatever came to mind! I’m glad you enjoyed looking around!

I was actually inspired to play minecraft because of you back in 2013 too. I wanted to play minecraft so bad so I got a xbox 360 of December 2012. And as soon as I got back into minecraft around last year I decided to check back up on you and sure enough, you're still uploading minecraft lol. Thank you for still being here and still uploading the content that inspired me to play my favorite game to this day

I actually mined enough ancient debris to make almost the entire floor out of it but this final design looked nicer.

Re Simpcraft: we actually found out a couple days ago that the piglins are worked up about the soul fires on the other side of the wall that we used for decoration. The cactus is to drive boats into so the boats break and let the piglins out without having to accidentally smack them.

I just got an idea from the colored path nether hub:
I’d use colors to represent areas. Red for the Crimson Cliff/Castle, orange for underlava elevator, yellow for the blaze farm, no green, light blue for warped walkway to go up a staircase to the actual nether hub to chose one of these paths, and purple to get to the stronghold/community village portal. Under the lava from the orange path is how to actually get to the yellow path, also with the black path being basalt for the roof from the long path, and then you would go up from a piece from where the flying machine stopped to go onto the real black path (obsidian) above lava to the Delta Ruins (a fortress), more stuff, and my base. The yellow path would continue under the black path to the blaze farm.
I’ll try to let you know if I can get the realm up if you want to join.
Honestly I really like these ideas and it makes me really happy to have inspired you to try that! In case you were wondering what else has been done to the base, for the green pathway, I made it a general “utilities” area fully kitted with some bulk storage, an enchanting table, brewing, roof access, and another nether portal which will lead to a mini underground base. I really wish I could show it off but toycat joined way earlier than I expected him to. I also made the yellow pathway themed after a piglin bastion and put an 8 cell piglin bartering farm with fully functional item sorting beneath it. Right now for the rest of the build, the plan is to make the red and blue pathways ice highways with the red being themed after the crimson forest and the blue being themed after the warped forest and make it look like they are “competing” to corrupt the base.

Toycat, the white material in the strider stables was white concrete not "quartz" and the emerald ceiling of the 2nd Nether hub was the base of a beacon. Also the stone in the last Nether build visited was indeed andersite -Basalt stairs are as of yet non-existent. Finally the sugarcane at the end of the video was being hydrated by waterlogged slabs. Just thought I'd let you know!
