Awesome bike man! Maybe someday I’ll get a Huck. I currently have a Ariel Rider Grizzly

Great bike! They're calling this a 'Rebel CS' now. And with the 72v50ah battery it's $7123 after tax and $399 shipping... Are you having any issues being untagged? Here, it's a $500 fine to exceed 28mph with an ebike. But, tags require insurance, state vehicle registration and other annual fees.

      $6800+tax+SH gets a Huck Rebel CS = 3000w motor, 72v50ah battery, 45mph and 40mi range.
      $6500+tax gets a Sondors Metacycle = 14,500w motor, 72v55ah battery, 80mph and 60mi range.
      $5893+tax+SH gets a ONYX RCR Street = 3000w motor, 72v41ah battery, 55mph and 45mi range.
      $4400+tax+SH gets a Sur-RonX = 3000w motor, 60v32ah battery, 47mph and 20-60mi range
      $3299 +tax+SH gets a AR GRIZZLY = 2000w motors, 52v35ah batteries, 50mph and 70 mi range
      $3089+tax+SH gets a Juiced Hyper Scr2= 1000w motor, 52v38.4ah batteries, 30+mph, 100mi range
      $2499 +tax+SH geta a Bee Challenger = 1000w motor, 48v30ah battery, 30+mph and 60mi range

@@johnw65 Since early April 2022 and 500 plus miles later, AR grizz V2 top speed is 40.1 mph on their speedo. add GPS to 'true up" y'all are gonna need to subtract 2-3 mph. Conservatively and fair to the 175lb. rider 38 mph official with my experience. Dual motors ON and dual batts. ON.
Range is closer to 60 miles per full charge, I usually do the 20-80 rule on charging but, full 100% 60mi. flat paved road. 30 mi one way and I have ZERO range anxiety. Make the round trip with 35ish percent on display is showing balance. At 2o the display goes dark, but keeps it;s torque until 10% and....................enjoy! 3299 +tax+SH gets a AR GRIZZLY = 2000w motors, 52v35ah batteries, 50mph and 70 mi range with medium pedaling no lights on and no head or tail wind. Sur-Ron next unless, 2023 has a surprise.

@@tommcgill1671 Thanks Tom, I'd hope the Huck can neat the Grizzly at less than half your cost... What about the: Metacycle, ONYX RCR, and Sur-RonX...?

Thank you for your review I'm an even earlier adopter of Huck when they use the Votel controller that sticks out the bottom. Can you give me a link to your front brakes? They do feel very floaty. You give me hope that I can custom mine a bit to like it, I get I was a very earlier adopter, but I feel like I paid them very well (More than Onyx) and was hoping for a better craftsmanship, my wiring looks like a noodle mess with all kinds of splices that change colors and hard to follow, was there a wire shortage? Hope the best man.

Here are the links. You need rotor, caliper and pad and the bracket from Treatland. Just a heads up. I had to modify the bracket and cut the caliper to fit.

Both are great bikes. I like Huck because it's slightly bigger and its vintage styling.

Really helpful video. I’m new to e-bikes. Im also in NYC and thought a nice ebike would be great for hoping around. I’m getting a Huck Rebel S but I really wanted bigger tires. Can you share the link to your tires. I’m also in NYC

Tires are Shinko. www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/shinko-sr-241-series-tires?Product&RevZilla. Make sure you select the correct size and the desired width. The newer Huck comes with 17". The widest tire I could go with the 1.75" wide rim is 3.5" wide.
