Jesus is a brilliant player and now he’s back to his best! ❤

Him not going to the copa America and instead focusing on conditioning was an excellent decision. I hope he has a great season and helps us win at least one or two trophies but I still think we should sell him next summer if we can get gyokeres.

I will believe it when I see it. Genuinely like Havertz up front more than Jesus.

I agree even at his most flashy Jesus doesn’t offer more substance than Kai. It may sound weird but Jesus at 8 or something like that is actually where he might be best he likes to come from deeper, he is bad at runs behind, and he is a good short passer, this might play to his and Kai’s strengths

@@gminorcoles I'd even prefer him as a Saka backup to a striker option

@@3bladeninja21 well I think that is definitely in the cards but if he is fit he can also play up front with Kai he just shouldn’t take the 9 spot

I'll admit even if it doesn't fit the narrative but i remember Jesus doing that dance after we beat spurs then went around 10 games without scoring.. this is before injury, so i still have doubts but I'm hoping for the best

A lot of the comments are very negative. As a pure-goal scorer, he may be left wanting but his link-up play is exceptional. He's an asset to the club.

I don’t like Jesus up top he makes stupid dribbles instead of shooting. When yoro lost the ball in the first minute any real striker scores that

This guy is very good but as a creator he should play in midfield like Iniesta, he will even score more goals. He is more like carzola, iniesta type of player.

I feel like i am crazy, because nobody but me is seeing it, but i think jesus is musiala lvl dribbler, extremely creative and very good in the press(the best in the world according to pep when he was at city). why not play him at midfield with odegaard? if you take the time and look up his stats he is elite in almost all stats needed for a midfielder

There are some things that are unchangeable. Jesus and Partey are injury prone. Jesus and Partey will leave next season for this. About 7 to 8 games in the season, complaints will start coming in, besides, he is not a great finisher. Seems to have become a liability
