Cats Cradle Basin (ZL3)
Same as chapter 2, the choice of enemy is pretty random. They add Daboo (150%) and Corrupted Valkyrie this time. This chapter has some actual difficult stage unlike the previous chapter. Also, Ponos is kind enough to give us another Material Z Farming stage. This chapter has 18% Brick Z drop rate aka x1.8 times of Chap2 drop rate so it's good to farm Brick Z if you really need it.

In terms of lore, what I think is going on here is that the cats, after defeating zero luza, foun out that it was the "father" of humans, so, as they never existed but did at the same time, the space timeline is diverging and breaking and it's not going to end well for the cat's home universe
I would love to see the final stage be a super buffed moon chapter 1 stage, with a behemoth super buffed face

Don't forget the M. Ost with both knock back, slow and curse. Luckily the stage can be rushed.

What. The. Fuck. I just went hiatus for like a year and I'll come back with a new Legend Series with big boss/advent enemies being used as normal bosses in a level!?! What, Ponos went Kaizo mode now? At this point Battle Cats now became a mod game of itself
Basically the theme is that they travel the edge of reality so that’s why we are seeing advent bosses in levels for seemingly no reason
The new 4th form prove this comment point even more

I still believe to this day that the %max HP thing was totally unnecessary. The principal interest was to have a blast that can unborrow zombies. If they wanted you to use it as a zombie killer, they could have just made the max HP % part an execute that only work if the enemy is in HP range to be killed.
Wait. How high should my Holy Blast level be for that soul strike against Daboo?

I am really excited to see what kind of Legend Units we are going to get in like 7 or 8 updates at ZL 10 or 11
I'm guessing we'll get a new Ururun variant and 4 new other legend units, with the last one maybe being an egg unit like Luza or something brand new

In UL their original plan was to make ancestors of the known legend units, but they discontinued.
I would like to see new ones honestly.

@@RealXylon I mean, having 3 Ururuns with different elements each sounds cool as hell in my opinion (Normal is fire, Urs is Ice and the next one Air maybe?)
@@RealXylon Also, I don't think they intended to give UL variants of all the Sol legends, just Ururun, because if they wanted to do that to all the others they might as well have put Urs and Fenrir as the first boss and have them be in order

Im gonna place my bets for the final boss of this chapter. I think that zero legends is time slowly breaking (the cats ruined the space time continium in ul) and by the end it will all collapse, resulting in either 1 of 3 things.
1: the end of the cat army in 1 final battle with some mysterious foe
2: the cat army will have to fight god 1 last time as the universe ends
Or 3: (this is my fav one) as time breaks, the cats are warped back to korea, where they realise how far theyve come and the stage is just normal korea from eoc 1. And the cats finally come full circle as time collapses

I remember when I had trouble trying to do ItF moon 1/2 as quick as possible before elizabeth spawned. That was game over for me.

Overall ZL is a marked improvement over UL comparing this to early UL and SOL the introduction of advent bosses, cyclones, behemoths, tower bosses and legends. Every subchapter feels fresh and unique. We do have 43 more subchapters to go do my judgment is incomplete

@@ViolentlyPetrus nah it’s severely powercreeped. I finished ZL 3 in like an hour of grinding and daboo was one of the easiest stages. The scary part are the peons imo, daboo kinda like a wall that’s it

He’s zero Luza, the Mecha bun equivalent to UL. He unlocks from finishing UL and has massive damage + resist relic.
You need 2 gems of each behemoth stone except epic to evolve him
