But there is.... GTA 5 isn't made using adobe flash. GTA 5 utilizes your hardware better. GTA 5 was made to handle above 30 fps. PB2 was made using adobe flash. PB2 uses software rendering which isn't good for performance. Flash games usually are always set to 30 fps because games weren't made to handle above that.

@@Miguel-cg2vz fair, kind of hard to tackle. everyone runs pb2 differently with different hardware. my PC is worse than some people's yet mines can perform a lot better in PB2. have you tried playing PB2 using a browser that stil supports flash (e.g. Maxthon Nitro 2015)? for some people it runs better than the launcher.
Dude bruh its already outdated :) just find "allow to override high dpi settings" in properties of pb 2 launcher then check the box press apply and done
