In today's video I will teach you how to realistically blend your logo onto any surface in Affinity Photo using Blend Ranges!
This technique works great if you want to put any text, illustration or logo onto another surface in just 3 SIMPLE steps. I've added timestamps below for your convenience!

Im not convinced this is the best way to do displacement maps in affinity. When I follow your fabric instructions (using a dark red image on a white tshirt mockup) at the end the color is totaly bleeched
include the photos you use like Revolution does, would make it easier to follow along...love the work however

which version of affinity is this... Because i cant see the New Live Filter Layer?
is this the same concept for adding designs to garments with wrinkles?
The process should be pretty similar. You could finetune it further with some Liquify! Hope this helps :)
The GUI for blend mode looks more intuitive visually then the blend if in photoshop.
It is very intuitive indeed, however it takes a bit to fully understand how it works. The Ps Blend If was easier to use IMO, but I’m very happy with the Blend Ranges in Affinity!
is there anyway of doing this on the ipad version?
Hey Sam! I haven't tried it myself yet (only recently bought an iPad). But as far as I know everything on desktop should be possible on Affinity iPad as well! 😉🤙🏽
