I think it’s one of those bug off things you can use for camping maybe ? Though it did look like he was initially using it on his needle. He probably has lice, body lice and scabies for real and the drug use makes everything worse. I’ve never seen anyone remove their layers like that. Lol
There are certain uva, n uvb lights that sterilize things, that may be what he has. I have a case for my phonethat has them it cleans anything you put under them
