    *자세한 레시피 설명은 유튜브 자막 기능을 켜서 확인해주세요~
    이탈리아 가정에서 만들어 먹는 방법으로 티라미수를 만들었어요~
    이 티라미수는 생크림을 넣지 않고 달걀흰자로 머랭을 만들어 치즈와 함께 섞어 만들더라구요~~
    그래서 달걀의 신선도가 아주 중요하기 때문에 꼭 신선한 달걀을 사용하셔야 해요~^^
    달걀은 흰자와 노른자를 분리할때도 껍질을 이용해 분리하는 것 보다는 달걀 분리기를 사용하는게 좋은 것 같아요~
    바로 구운 레이디핑거 쿠키와 진한 커피로 만들었더니 더 풍부한 맛이 나고 폭신한 느낌이 살아있는 것 같아요~
    크림에 달걀,설탕,마스카포네치즈만 들어가기 때문에 느끼함이 적고 고소하고 담백해 맛있답니다~
    바닐라익스트랙을 넣지 않아도 신선한 달걀을 사용해서 그런지 비린내도 안 나더라구요~ 비린내에 예민하신 분들은 바닐라익스트랙을 3g 정도 넣으셔도 괜찮을 것 같아요~
    이탈리아 티라미수는 아랫쪽에 쿠키를 깔고 크림을 올린 뒤 쿠키를 한층 더 깔고 크림을 올려 마무리하는게 일반적인 방법이더라구요~
    용기에 바로 담아 냉장실에서 하룻밤 정도 숙성시켜 먹으면 더 맛있답니다~^^
    저는 젤라틴을 따로 사용하지 않았어요~ 더 단단한 느낌을 원하시면 젤라틴을 조금 넣어 만드셔도 괜찮을 것 같아요~

      Without brandy. And the yolks are not cooked on a steam bath. Yep, that's is definitely not the recipe that I was cooking. But nice homemade ladyfingers.

    I'm Italian and a fine tiramisu maker. My suggestions are:
    don't put water in coffee. must be pure coffe from moka
    The taste of coffe will not be too strong because biscuits need to be immerged half in coffee. Should be still firm when putting them in place.
    The biscuits not fully wet will absorb humidity from the cream. For this reason the tiramisu need to rest in the fridge for 12/24 hrs before eating.
    The result is a super firm tiramisu without adding extra stuff.
    THIS IS THE SECRET for a super firm tiramisu, that doesn't melts
    Ususally my ingredients are:
    5 eggs (1 egg for each 100 gr of mascarpone)
    500 gr mascarpone
    10 spoons of sugar (2 spoons for each 100gr of mascarpone), 5 spoons for whites and 5 for yolks

    저 이 레시피로 만들어봤는데 진짜 투썸에서 사먹는 티라미수 맛나요 완전 맛남 그리고 비싸더라도 마스카포네 치즈 사용하세요 비싸다고 크림치즈 사용하면 제대로 된 티라미수 맛 안나요 전 노른자랑 흰자 둘다 생으로 쓰려니 비린내나 신선도 걱정되어서 노른자는 불에가열해 밀가루랑 우유넣고 커스다드크림 만들어 섞어넣었어요 커스타드크림이랑 머랭 생크림 마스카포네 치즈 각각 휘핑해 넣었고요 번거로워도 레이디핑거쿠키 구워서 넣으먼 카스테라랑은 완전다른 티라미수맛 느낄수있어요 레시피 올려주셔서 감사합니다 너무 맛있게 먹음

      @@julyr561 I didn't, but I grow up making Tiramisù, and this is a perfect recipe! I mean, in Italy you can buy Savoiardi (the biscuits) so you don't have to make them. But yes, you can try, this is 100% the right version

    열심히 도전해 본적이 있었는데~ 그때 실패했던 기억이 새롬새롬.
    제 손과는 어쩜 요렇게 크나큰 차이가 나는지ㅎㅎ

    사실 재료비가 만만치 않아서 고민하다가 너무너무 도전해 보고 싶어서 이번에 만들어 봤거든요 ㅠㅠ 지난번에 생크림 넣어서 만든 적 있는데 좀 느끼하고 생크림마다 맛이 좀 차이가 나길래 이 레시피대로 해봤는데요 ㅠㅠ 하...크림이 너무 맛나다 사실 크림이 다 했습니다ㅋㅋㅋ 레이디핑거 쿠키도 그냥 먹어도 맛나요 ㅠㅠ 요즘 살이 찌고 있지만 베이킹 초보는 나날이 레시피를 배워가며 너무 행복합니다 ㅠㅠ 감사합니다 ㅠㅠ

    너무 너무 맛있었어요
    아이들 먹고싶다고 해서 도전했는데 레이디핑거를 디카페인커피로 적셔서 만들었거든요
    저는 필라델피아크림치즈로 만들었어요~ 생크림도 안넣고 시럽도 안만들어도 되서 간단하게 자주 만들어먹을 것 같아요~!!

    I usually like the bitterness o cocoa and coffee, so I don't put sugar in the coffee and on the tiramisù before the cocoa power!

      @@CasualCookery Well, to be honest last week I made a tiramisù with "Pan di stelle" instead of Savoiardi (the biscuits she made in the video) and I put nutella over the mascarpone cream: it was delicious for them who like chocolate! But of course the traditional recipe, that I prefer, is without Nutella.

    계란 냄새 전혀 안나고 생크림 없어도 완전 맛있어요!! 저는 바닐라 에센스 없어서 시나몬 가루 약간 섞었는데 잡내도 안나고 시나몬 향도 아주 약간 나서 더 좋네용

    Italian here. I was a little confused without the sabayon, not using a double boiler, but it was so cool that you made the savoiardi from scratch and you did the coffee justice!     P.S. for who's not italian, tiramisù comes from tirami su, that it means literally pull me up, or cheer me up in a less literal way. A perfect name I'd say!

    Ladyfingers are a bit overcooked and coffee doesn't need either sugar or water. Beside that, you did an amazing Italian Tiramisù. Cheers from Italy..

    Great recipes, always a joy to see you bake or cook.
    One small tip:
    For the flavour to be richer, rum, almond/orange liqeur, or dessert wine is used (especialy at restaurants, at least I have never seen a completely alcohol-free version anywhere in Europe). From dessert wine the best is Portugese white Port, German Eiswein or Hungarian Tokaji Aszu - otherwise a sweet high quality gold rum, Amaretto, Cointreau or even Blue Coracao could be used (latter may make the coffee slightly green, especially if the coffee is weak, which makes the Ladyfingers look quite fun at the end). Considering your origins, you can substitute the complicated import alcohol with plum wine, or even better, plum liqeur - this also means you need less sugar mixed with the coffee.

    I MADE IT! And oh dear I tell you, it’s so light and fluffy!
    The changes I made were 1.Made coffee water stronger 2. Add some chocolate shavings between layers 3. Add a small layer of whipped cream on top and and also shaved dark chocolate (mostly is 65% and a little 85% dark chocolate) ❤️❤️❤️

      @@terryb3778 sinceramente il tiramisù si fa proprio così forse l'unico errore è nella quantità di mascarpone e l'acqua nel caffè ma per il resto si fa così (almeno nella città dove vivo che è anche quella dove è nato)

    I’m Italian and I don’t like tiramisu, but this one looks super good.
    The recipe is also right, my mom uses the same ingredients (even though she adds amaretti biscuits in the cream to make it richer).

    Finally the real, simple recipe. We usually use ready made Savoiardi but of course this is a great recipe for making everything from scratch. I usually use black coffe - no water, no sugar,
    NO liquor
    NO substitute for mascarpone

    I made this yesterday and it’s sooo delicious and airy!!! I highly recommend this recipe. Btw, don’t replace the whipped egg whites with whipped cream! The egg whites make the mascarpone cream made it so much more airy and fluffy. The lady fingers are delicious by itself. I made some modifications (which hopefully made it better).
    - I placed my yolks and sugar on a double boiler
    - I added some rum in the coffee. You can add some other liquor.
    - don’t add ANY sugar in the coffee. Don’t add water. It would be best if u can get a couple shots of expresso from a nearby coffee shop, or make it with your coffee machine.
    - I would recommend adding less sugar (less than 60g) in the egg yolks. Mine came out a bit too sweet. But ofc, this is based on personal preference.
    - I needed to make more of the cream base. for some reason, there was more ladyfingers available than cream? Or maybe I piled my mascarpone too high.
    - I like adding cocoa powder right before eating it so it doesn’t dampen up in the fridge.
