420 was clearly the best one. And watching all the other I was wondering why noone tried to fill that small silence ther eis in the song. It was the perfect change to make the instrument fell unique and rise up. Then this dude did it and it blowed my mind xD
that's probably my main gripe with it. in music, a silence isn't necessarily meant to be filled, it's meant to build up strength for what comes after it.

$12 guy here. I just tried to keep the track as clean as possible (the bass line is the main attraction for me, simply amazing), that’s why i didn’t include any solo part. The chords i played were supposed to give a different air to the song (without taking the attention away from the bass line. I’m glad to see some of you guys got the idea behind it.

420 is the only one that was significantly different from the rest. Everyone else played the same basic progression, just riding the bass. I would've played something very different and made some space for the bass to stand on its own.
My favorites, all grooving brightly with adequate to perfect timing, adding shimmer without dominance attitude (shredding a solo). 1, 2, 4, 7,10 Hardly I am able to judge, who's best. Too much of a difference appears in their contributions. Probably 4, as the most funky groover, though pickin, sorry Davie.
1 most stylish, 2 honestly keeping the basics 3, just great in every manner, 7 mainly seconds the base but adds groove in that, No 10 adds melody (without shredding) . But all of them add surprise without dominating. By adding melody, sound, groove.
$105 guy was a rip off, he literally hovered over the same funk chord for all of the last bars in the song. $420 killed it.
