Quick tip: When you initially start oversteering, don't try to feed the wheel at first to countersteer. Over time, learn the way the car rotates and instead of grabbing the wheel at every instance you can, try to whip it in the direction you want and allow the car to essentially correct itself and then catch the steering wheel again when you're at the angle you want.
@@mashedt8rs290 no one born knowing everything, he will get better if he keeps practicing, and also he need an E-Brake in future. stay cool ma man 😉✌️ cheers
A driving tip for you is when your transitioning just let the wheel turn itself back straight (release some pressure but still have contact with the wheel) but yea hope to see you slidin some more in the future🤙🤙
One quick tip i Learned from starting off drifting is to let the car steer itself! You are trying to force the wheel but you gotta let the car self steer by letting the wheel go in between transition for a smoother and easier transition.
Been with you since... About 10k subs. It's been awesome watching you grow. Congrats man. Can't believe how far you've come. Been awesome meeting you a few times and going on your cruise up Rainier.
Been drifting for a couple months now, all I can say is once you get use to the basics, relax, and kind of let the car steer for you, especially when initiating. Everyone’s got their own style, you might like moving the wheel more, just know you don’t have to do what everyone else is doing just find what you’re comfortable with and do that.
This brought me to the old Adam LZ days SOOO MUCH, I remember watching his videos every morning before going to school, and I was late to school because I wanted to watch his video till the end. I guess you took this place now ;)
i actually helped with getting parts for the grey/brown 300zx when it was being bult a couple weeks ago. That was a nice build. Also nice seeing the fellow CloseCalls boys in action
We all start somewhere some have a better start then other. Im still playing Assetto Corsa so that's where i learned how to drift, one day my 240sx will be a drift ready and maybe my seat time on sim will help transfer over to real life
when you enrty the drift trty to have 50% throttle and turn in then clutck kick and 100% throttle and let go of thew wheel until u feel the rear end sliding then catch the wheel. that is what i learned at a drifting school
Can't wait to see you improve man. Just ease up on hand movements, when in drift rotation is more controlled by throttle input so keep the steering movement a bit minimal and be fluid with it because a little goes a long way
Hey Jack, I have some advice. When going into a drift try letting the wheel steer itself a bit instead of feeding it. It will make your drifting a lot smoother and more consistent.
You should get a hydro E-break. It will fix your understeering “issue,” and help you go into drift and stay in it instead of having to left foot brake if you were and slicking it
As someone that’s been here since the 15k gaming setup. I speak for most that we would like jackultragamer back. Like maybe record some COD and just get a bunch of clips for montage we would love it. I still love what your doing jack. Take care
And a little tip for when you are drifting let the car drive itself you gotta let the car counter steer by itself and make small adjustments turning the wheel a little bit even an inch can make the car react
Jack i recommended you go to all ice tracks. Ice drifting makes your skill improve alot. I remember I was 11 I was spining out all the time but i went to all ice tracks now i can tandem real good and im only 13
Hey Jack, I just wanted to say congrats on the new car. I had a video Idea for. I am a huge fan of your forza horizon city camouflage videos. I thought to myself what if the seeker would be blended in with the Ai so you wouldn't know if they were right next to you or somewhere else. It is kind of like the drone addition. The hiders would have to have names over cars off as well so they cannot identify who the seeker is. It is up to you whether you allow the civilians to look on the map or not but they will have to have it switched of while driving. So if the seeker is right next to them then they Don't know.
You need to let the wheel self steer a lot more. So just loosen your grip on the steering wheel when initiating and let it slip through your hands and then grip the steering wheel when you think the angle is right. And then you need to focus on throttle modulation and dont turn the wheel to much but do counter steer in the general direction
If you dont mind, if you are thinking on changing the E brake a little so there is no button to press do it, It helps so much with your sliding and helps you control your car so much!!!
One thing-allow the car to self steer. The wheels will naturally want to go in the direction of the curve when you drift, so you have to let go of the steering wheel a little when cornering (learned about self-steering from another youtube video).
10:54 try to use clutch kicks instead of just swinging the car, to clutch kick just push very fast the clutch and stop while accelerating that your rear wheels gonna lose traction
Bruh I hope I ain't this sketchy when I finally get drifting. Big props tho lad ! Best teach is more seating time !! Stay consistent and you'll be sliding smoothly !
I still remember when 12 year old jack playing an infected game in Forza Horizon 1, now he has a bunch of nice Cars and a girl.

Just some advice you’re trying to turn the wheel a ton just clutch kick to keep the rotation

I suddenly feel like he needed the hand brake in that moment
Its 100000000% harder than you thought, i mean if u can drift, im sorry to argue with u
Yeah once you get to hydro e-brake it'll be much easier for him to drift
Hes holding the steering wheel too much tho u just gatta let it gooo on the transitions
handbrake wouldn't have corrected that understeer, wasn't high enough in the rpm's to power over which led to him gripping up and just pushing forward
😂everyone be yelling first me be like eh i want to see some action.
