Is there no provision for backing up stored jobs on HP printers? Our Color LaserJet Flow E87660's hard drive died. Backup through web page seems to only backup firmware/device settings!
we have jobs that say an incorrect pin was entered even though we know its the right pin. Is there a way an admin to the machine can delete our users saved jobs?
+Benthebear May I know the complete model number of your HP printer and the exact error message you are receiving so that I can check the details for you?

How do you backup these jobs or transfer them to a different printer? Backup/Restore didn't do it.

@@HPSupport I have a similar problem. We have a couple jobs which PINs were forgotten and cannot delete them. HP PageWide Color MFP 586.
Please help
Any changes made in "Managed Stored Jobs" thru the web interface only applies to new jobs.
If you give a print now, it will be printed after an hour
