I am very happy to see this Gir cow with its calf, which is ready to be sold. Though a very simple farm, it is very clean and tidy, with a spacious environment which is the main reason for the fertile farm!
Eww ? At manure ? Its solid black gold my friend. About 20 years ago my family used to own a small garden outside the city, 1,000 sq meters (about 9,000 sqft) which we used for weekend getaways and grow our own vegetables. Every 3 years or so, we would get a carriage of cow manure, about 3 tons, and spread it over the garden manually, with pitchforks, in the fall, then let it sit through the winter and cultivate it in the spring, when we would create the beds for the veggies. 100% organic, from local villagers who have cows, it would work very well at enriching the existent soil, our crops were very good, we would get enough food out of there to easily feed our family of 5 and enough to give away to friends and bare in mind it was just a weekend affair.
I like the freedom that the new FS 19 gives, you can place and arrange everything however you see fit, I love that immensely, I always hated old maps for their inefficient farm yard designs !
Not sure why nobody has really noticed but you dont need grass. been doing some experimenting with cows and water, straw and tmr gives you 100% in fs19. when you opened your animal menu near the end it showed full productivity without grass.
Yeah, you can either give them grass(25%) and hay/silage(75%) for 100% or tmr which = 100% so everybody can find a system that works well with their farm :)
Growing up in the 70's I used to eat Corn Flakes(ton of sugar on them), Wheaties, Sugar Smacks, Honeycombs, Captn crunch (tore the hell out the roof of your mouth) hurt really bad if you ate a second bowl lol....Frosted Flakes all while watching cartoons on Saturday mornings...only cartoons on Saturday mornings in those days. Woke up at like 5am because they were only on for like 2 or 3 hours.. What I have been doing on this game to make cash is buy a field, harvest the crop, sell the crop then sell the land...rinse and repeat.... :) Great vid bro.
That’s crazy that you spent 1.2 million dollars to level the field for the cows!! The cow pasture is really cool!! I have to say the cows look a lot better then fs17!!! That’s a great keyboard for gaming or typing!! The farms are looking super awesome!! I can’t wait to see what the next mower you’re going to get!! Great vid diesel!! Hey hope things are going well for you and everybody. I would like to know how you raise and lower an item when you are placing it. You didn't tell us how you did that you just placed the object. I try to place the damn thing and it gives me these lovely square mounds that I hate. If anyone knows how to raise and lower an object before placing it. I would appreciate the help. I don't know why I am not understanding it yet. Thanks for y'alls help . I hope you have a good day.
What platform do you play on? I'm on Xbox and to do it is hold LB and you can move the elevation up or down. It's the top button option I believe. Not sure if it's the same for PS or PC. Hope that helps.
It's really depressing what an atrocity the building placement system is in this version of the game. It really takes away from what is otherwise a great game. For the life of me I can't understand why they felt they needed to revamp what worked perfectly fine before. It's such a nightmare that it makes you not even want to place any structures, which for me eliminates half the fun of FS.
It would be better if we could restore ground back to levels and texture it was originally. Right now if you place somethig wrong the texture and level stays the same and I find you have to leave the game and restart a new save :)
I've still not figured how to level ground in fs19, it's pretty much impossible. Everytime i try to plant a new shed or building i end up with it sat on top a huge mound.

All I did was hay and silage and I got 85% productivity and my cows did really good!

Is they're a way to "reset" a vehicle in 19 like there is in 17 ?? I haven't been able to find it for the PS4.
