thank you for the new video :)) I found you on tik tok before months and now you're my favourite person on social media and I get excited every time you post something. Thanks for all the motivation you gave me❤️
girll when you said 'soo many emails' i literally got it. I send almost hundered emails to get in an internship program. I have a thing in my head like: I can not get in any internship because i do not have any experience. I am first year of my industrial engineering program (even at first semester lol) i am kind of scared for not get in anywhere but your video gave me some hope! If i get in a internship program with my little knowledge about ie, i will definitely write here to all of you for telling ' guys, let's get rid of your hopelessness, because if i did it, you'll definitely do it' Have a good day Eleonora
@@kitty-pm6mz Guys, Let’s get rid of your hopelessness, because if i did it, you’ll definitely do it💖🥳 I went Summer Research Programme in one of the best university in Turkey. It was an amazing experience. Yes, i applied almost 20 summer research programme. If you ara passionate about this, you can definitely do it🤩
Thank you so much! you really motivated me and I did send tones of emails and managed to secure a summer research internship at oxford uni :) Miracles does exist guys! Never give up!
You inspire and encourage me so much to do the things that I am afraid to do because I doubt if I am "smart enough". I love how you normalize the struggles and show things can turn out okay if we show the courage. ✨Thank you for all of your content, you are doing amazing! I can't wait for you to publish your paper and discuss it with us! ❤
Hello I totally understand, I'm currently 15 yo and my passion is mathematics and astrophysics but I'm scared that I'm not smart enough and that I'm never gonna make it to cambridge. But I think that the most important thing to do, is to believe in ourselves and to never give up even if we're not understanding well or even failing !
AWWW I remember the tik tok stream you did a few a days before flying to England. You asked us what outfits you should wear in Cambridge. You are amazing, keep on going ❤️
Such an inspiration for me and a lot of people who are struggling to do things like this every day without knowing the fact that we are missing many opportunities to change the scientific community because of the fear of being rejected or not feeling smart enough. Thanks Eleonora for sharing your experience and telling us that we can do anything if we want to, just not overthink it 😆 that's the key!!
Thank you very much for sharing this video! It was truly inspiring and motivational, and it has encouraged me to strive for more in my studies. I found the practical tips and personal anecdotes shared in the video to be particularly helpful. The enthusiasm and dedication displayed in the video were infectious, and I feel inspired to implement some of the ideas presented to improve my own performance. Thank you again for sharing this valuable resource!
watching your videos give me so much hope about the future for women in STEM! thank you for giving lots of girls hope and inspiration :) going to go send that email now!!
This was very helpful, could u talk more about the resume that got you this internship? I am about to start college and I want to start working on stuff like this right away .
Hi Eleonora. Love your video's! I'm currently doing a pre-master in climate physics after I finished a bachelor degrees in arts (I know, it's a huge switch ;P ) I'm working really hard and I'm passing my exams but I don't get straight A's yet... Do you think this is due to a lack of practice in mathematics and physics? How long did it take you to really get a grip on the basic concepts? P.s. Do you have some nice introductory literature recommendations for Thermo dynamics and/or Fluid dynamics?
Hey sorry I'm not Eleonora but I wanted to answer to your comment. I've been like this in physics too I didn't got straight A's but my advise would be to keep working as much as you can! To understand the formulas and to still believe in yourself even if u feel stupid ! I worked and never give up and now I have straight A's :) good luck friend
me too I need to do an internship as soon as possible I really wanna to do it in UK ( I'm phD student in mechanical engineering ) I sent many emails I'm waiting for a response 😢😢😢
Im from Philippines, i dreamed to be an astrophysicist also but i need to become a citizen first in canada to get that course so im just going for some computer technology like programming like that but i hope soon i will finally get my dream being an astrophysicist

Hey thanks a lot for this amazing video! I wanted to ask a couple of things. When did you apply for this program (which year in college)? And you mentioned about your past research internship. I'm a complete newbie to research and was wondering how to get into it?? My domain would be more towards AI/ML
