I keep hoping one day they’ll do the necessary track work so that they can run around the train both in Parrish and at the station in Willow. I can’t imagine a 6 mile shove is particularly fun
Considering the severe lack of funding and good marketing tactics, minus the thomas and Christmas events, they've had for years... it's actually not bad. The prices aren't terrible and the staff are pretty friendly and do a good job. Been on it a couple times, once when I was little for the Thomas event, and another time more recently. The scenery used to be a bit better, there's new housing being built nearby. Unfortunately it's another massive subdivision, which may not necessarily be bad for them. They can hopefully use that to get more money to do the trackage. On the plus side, they're working on an actual museum at the beginning area, and not just keeping things to the outdoor section you ride to.
I say give it a try at least once before assuming it's terrible. Your ticket would go towards keeping the stuff up and running anyways, so it's not really a loss.
I like the video

@@groovywoomy oh I’ve been there plenty of times, and have enjoyed it every time. I meant the 6 mile shove can’t be fun for the train crew
@ I see. Apparently it is for them? I'm not sure why. But they definitely have to in order to continue it for as long as they have.
