Awesome restoration, great video and sound. Thanks for all the information on this 1936 restoration. The attention to restoration detail and perfection is outstanding.
a 46 is a great bike. is yours an el or an fl? Thanks for watching. We will be doing an in depth video on an original paint 46 el some Time this summer
@@MichaelArsenault-s4s We chose not to post asking price as the video was more about documenting the bike. Once bike is sold, the video will remain up for a long time. If you'd like more info, shoot an email to the address in the video. have a great day
it's a beauty but I'm sure out of my price range. I need a new bike and looking at a used 08 hd crossbones. it has a good look to me and more affordable.
parkerizing is a process from the late 1800s that is a chemical reaction on ferrous metals. There are some great videos on it on TH-cam. We use manganese parkerizing solution from Brownells
ive heard of two of them and think they exist. But have not seen them. I had a prototype rocker box for a long time but traded it for an original paint tank a few years ago
Whats the price? Not that i am going to buy it. Not a major fan, of the color, but the bike looks great. I love the gold and black Knucklehead that Wheels through Time, just gave away.

Hi Frank, there are resources for replicas, I would recommend reaching out to motortechnic or v twin. We restore old bikes and are not the right fit for a reproduction bike

What a great looking bike. Good luck with the sale! Only 112 mile on the Speedo. Someone needs to ride that beauty!
I agree. I hope the new owner wears it out and we can rebuild it again in 50,000 miles

Hell I was to have that in my bedroom. We get up and go for a ride
I vote yes. You could sit on it and brush your teeth twice a day too

We have a friend that owns a cross bones and he loves it. Good choice
Beautiful knuck! Curious.. was 1936 first year for white grips??
That is a great question. I think they were white before 36. They look great but get dirty so quickly
I would think the price would be important.
what does parkerize mean with metal I guess?

Ever see a '35? In the "How to Restore Your H-D" book, they show a few motors with #35E#### stamped on the pad.
