You're standing in Downtown New York City in 1938 waiting for someone 1930's city sounds to chill, for background noise or whatever. Made with Audacity and sounds from Mafia DE.
this is a good experiment to use for imagination mental exercises and creativity like going back in time perhaps like this 1930s ambient city soundtrack all kind of such background music together with other types like sea guls or sea waves or people cheering you or clapping all at the same time playing in the back ground can be used in therapy for people to achieve their goals faster or get rid of addictions by mentally rehearsing unfamiliar scenarios or life goals they want to accomplish but have little confidence to do it in real life Richard Bandler co-founder of NLP has audio tapes or casettes and filmed workshops using Neurolinguistic programming and hypnosis ranging from Motivation, Hurdling Hesitation and other topics using his own voice and different similar background uplifting music or sounds.
@@opreadumitru1 Entertaining and edifying if bordering on the pedantic (but hey who doesn't get pedantic?), the detailed information you've supplied on ambient sound represents a well-intentioned and useful public service. Really.
Another possibility is that we're playing historical simulation games or studying the early 20th century and ended up here seeking additional era-appropriate ambient sounds to (hopefully) enhance the immersion aspect of the gaming experience. Or whatever.
I liked this! (Perhaps a lot few less police / ambulance alarms would have been nice though. Like they're nice to have, but popped up way to often and lingered too long).
I wouldn't kick this out of bed for eating crackers, but perhaps the sirens are a bit too present. At one point I distinctly heard a low-flying helicopter which I am sure wasn't a thing in the 20's but "before I talk, I should read a book".
One of the better 1920's city sounds productions on TH-cam which sounds strangely familiar. Perhaps from a certain game? Now if only it were 1:17:38 instead of 17:38. Am I right, people? What, do I have to download this and play it on loop? Well, OK. Also: did I correctly hear a helicopter at 5:15? Thanks, LostSounds.
Take this and play it on half volume. Then open up a rain ambience and play that at half sound. Then open up Jazz Noir th-cam.com/video/c2Cc-6nT0S4/w-d-xo.html and play it full sound. It is the perfect background for any cozy night pulp reading.
It's the city ambience from the new video game Mafia Definitive Edition. It takes place in the 1930's and I noticed how good the sound design is while playing so I came up with this video idea.
They should make this ten hours long! Love it!

Great work! Is it free to use for TH-cam videos?
probably yes
It's from a contemporary video game so copyright might be an issue depending on your use intentions.
