Can someone tell me why the story editor does not keep the format that I set? it goes back to basic font and size regardless i update it. I reinstalled many times also tried different types and same outcome each time.
Its not clear what you mean by "does not keep the format that I set". Are you referring to the format of the text within the Story Editor window or within the Text Frame on in your document? Additionally, what version of Scribus are you using (1.4.x or 1.5.x) and for what operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.)? When closing the Story Editor are you certain that you are updating your document when you close the window by selecting the 'Check Mark' icon in the shortcut ribbon, selecting 'File' then 'Update Text Frame and Exit' (keyboard shortcut Ctrl + W ) from the standard menu , or by selecting 'Edit' and then 'Update Text Frame' (keyboard shortcut Ctrl + U ) from the standard menu?
thanks for your excellent tutorial!
Glad it was helpful!
