@@punammazumdar2075 don't go for these company based juices... market me parchoon ki dukan me dried form me amla milte hain..1-2 spoon usko rat me bhigoke subh uska pani piyo aur usko bhi khao.. aur agr aap amla fruit itself consume kr skte ho vo jada best hai.
