Cool! The new IFE's are much more responsive and advanced. You can charge your phone with it. So far, I've had a great experience with Delta on an International route (A330)
Love the video! Wife and I went to London last year......really loved it and will go back. Thought Heathrow was pretty good, for as big as it is. Tillamook Cheese!!!! Been to factory, as it's a few hours drive from home. It's really kind of cool if you go to the Portland or Seattle area. Liked and subbed!
London is wonderful! Heathrow is a bit of a pain, but the variety of planes definitely make up for any inconveniences(at least for me). I've also been to the Seattle area back in 2010, but not to the Tillamook factory, although I do love their ice cream and dairy products. Thanks for the nice comment and the sub!
I'm doing this flight from London to Cancun via Detriot in a weeks time, had booked thinking I am going on Virgin (which I really like) unfortunately its Delta so hoping that the flight is OK. Your video didn't put me too much at ease haha, hope it was a pleasant experience but I've not enjoyed Delta in the past.
Love the video! Was the seat belt sign on for the whole flight?? I flew Delta 764 twice last year, once LHR-DTW, and then back from MSP-LHR. Both were beautiful flights!
hey, u have a question ill fly soon with this airplane but on seat 36G. if i lean back i still have right next to my head the windows view?? because i see that two seats more behind is the window a bit more on the fron but if i lean all back the windows behind should be on my head position is that correct?
Detroit is spelled Detroit, not Detriot. Proofread will help. That breakfast could have been a bit more substantial, and I bet it was in Business and First.
Service and meals seem quite basic. Im flying A330 to London in Economy Comfort, then return is from AMS on 767-400ER in regular Economy. That Croissant will NOT fill my stomach!! Presentation of the first meal also looked very basic. I should have opted the ORD-DEL route and flown Emirates/Etihad! Oh well, nice video though!
I happen to prefer Air France with their Champagne, Good Food, good spirits like Stoli Vodka and Cognac and Pear Liquor after dinner with ice cream. I've had Crepes for Breakfast on AF.
if i had to take one thing from my flight from portland oregon to london england i would say DO NOT. i repeat. DO NOT order a special meal preference unless you absolutely must. as a vegetarian i naturally selected the special vegetarian meal, and was disgusted with what i was served. it was bland, gross, and for some reason they believed that vegetarians are 1) purely healthy and don’t want bread or anything so don’t expect that and 2) we can’t eat cheese or milk or ICE CREAM. that’s right my flight served ice dream and i didn’t get any RIP. but anyway just don’ttttt do it
delta old ass plane.. last time I flew across the pond on an AA 767 the plane rattle so much I didn't get up the entire flight. Not to mention the flight attendants looked older than my grandmother so I dare not ask them for anything. Never again will I use a US carrier for international flight.
Hmm. I happened to have quite a satisfying flight. However, this was a 764 not a 763 that AA uses(AA doesn't have 767-400s). There are differences between the two, the 764 being much newer, more modern and advanced. As for the FAs, yes I also have had similar experiences on some other flights, sorry to hear about your experience!
I will ONLY fly Delta First Class if forced to fly Delta internationally. Flew from NYC JFK - Barcelona, sitting in "Economy Comfort" and it was HORRIBLE! They market regular economy seating in the first couple of rows of coach as "Economy Comfort" and it's NOT TRUE! SAME as flying and sitting anywhere in Coach. We were in Row 15, the very first row, so we maybe had a fraction more legroom, but it was still cramped and awful. NEVER AGAIN on Delta flying internationally. TERRIBLE experience.
+aeronautik5 I'm kind of a bigger guy, so it was awful for me. I've had a MUCH better experience flying Iberia, Spain's national airline, on the same route before, so I was spoiled, I think. C'est la vie.
