Hey you! Thanks for watching! Another open world game I checked out recently was the Saints Row reboot. I was actually surprised - I talk more about that here: th-cam.com/video/3gKNTcWsOC8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=j_exKW58VED9vEUs
Enjoyed this game, played it twice actually, once by myself and then once in coop with my brother. Were able to deal insane amounts of damage even on hard mode which made it kind of easy and boring. But we did enjoy it and its one of the most beautiful open worlds ever created. I really enjoyed the foliage and fauna looting system. Less overall looting, but getting the perfect crafting material made looting more meaningful. I dont think it will become a cult classic or even remembered fondly but i absolutely believe people should play it and they are missing out on a decent experience if they dont. My only complaint would be i wish the crafting was a little deeper, more options for gear
I think that in time, it will age quite well, kinda like Mad Max. That being said, the crafting could have used more depth for sure! What boils down to Far Cry menus, should have been more hands on - these are “local tribe people” after all, the game should have leaned even more into that.
My wife and I started playing together. It took some getting used to for her. She's never played a first-person game before. But we are having an awesome time!
@CliffhangerDK it's funny you mentioned that because she's also playing hogwartz legacy and didn't have nearly the trouble. She's already gotten better at aiming, but when stuff gets too close, she just punches it🤣
@JoshGlosenger thats a skill that translates to real life as well 😂🤪 Hey, whilst I remember - thanks for watching and commenting, it really does mean a lot! 🙌🏻
I got this at release, and I personally was not a fan of this game, it's just alot of moving back and forth, no story, for me, it got boring very quickly.
That is fair, it is a lot of back and forth! I think personally that the Ikran is unlocked WAAAAY too late, and this makes exploring tedious. Had you been given something else to speed up traversal earlier, I think the pacing of the game would have been a lot better. Imagine playing Mad Max without a car the first 5 hours?!
If you had watched the video, you would know that Digital Foundry likes the game, both technically and gameplay wise… Gamespot gave it an 8. IGN gave it a 7 (which is Good on their scale). Eurogamer 4/5… Calling it the ONLY video is definitely not correct. But I get why you would NOT like it though! Story is not interesting and world traversal is a slog the first 4-5 hours. I really think the game is held up by the world and gameplay itself - its basically a well done open world jungle game, with Avatar painted onto it 🙃
@@CliffhangerDK I'd argue that at BEST it's a 6/10. Only a 6 because I will give credit to Ubi because they make environmentally beautiful games. Every other aspect of their games for the last 9 years or so have been pretty shite, ESPECIALLY open world games
@closelaugh185 6/10 is def not shite! 🙃👀 I think graphically and mechanically its great - and we are not seeing “Ubisoft Towers” here. 8/10 for me, DESPITE a very whatever story

@CliffhangerDK I think the challenge more so is the massive movement against Ubisoft
@ true and fair.
I am just here to play games personally, but to each their own ✌🏻🤷🏻♂️🙃

How is she with the aiming?
My girlfriends first 3d game was Hogwarts Legacy - struggled aiming, but powered through because she loves Harry Potter 😅👀

@CliffhangerDK No problem! I enjoyed the video! I'm looking forward to more!
It’ll most certainly gain more notoriety once the third film comes out next year.
Hope so, the game deserves more attention for sure!
Easily the best looking game I’ve ever played + it was fun as hell
If you look past the story, its a good time!
You find hell fun?
Its an expression and should be taken as such - not everything in the world is literal…
Have a great day though! ✌🏻
@@dr.loomis4221 eh beats heaven tbh
this is definitely one of my favorite game
Yeah? What is your favourite part? 🙂
Well I wasn’t gonna try this game but I might give it a go now
Do it! Stick with it till you get the Ikran, then you will know if you like it! 🙌🏻
Thanks for watching and commenting, appreciate it, you are awesome!

No.
That’s your opinion - fair 🤷🏻♂️🙃
@@CliffhangerDK Correct😅
@CliffhangerDK same with your and the only video which finds this game good

@CliffhangerDK Ok but I bought the game and played it so... it's my opinion 🤷
Shite game
You clearly never played “Fight Club” 😂👀
At worst, its 7/10
