First off when he heard ‘pspspsps’ he immediately responded and then even he became very relaxed by the sound of your voice and he slept very well. Note: my old cat has a lot of trouble sleeping nowadays (like insomnia) even though he’s a cat, but is was nice to see.

Genuinely thinking about this though, if it’s a deity of thorns, my first thought would be thorns on flowering plants, which brings to mind the idea of balance. Stuff like “every rose has its thorns” and what have you, so if I were working on something like this I’d probably try to tie in functions of nature that balance each other out. Similar with the silence before a clap of thunder, the lack of sound is just as important as the sound itself, just as darkness is just as crucial as the light. Again, balance seems important to the deity. I’m hardly experienced enough to be making such comments but I thought I’d ramble about it anyways. Thanks for the awesome video Salem!
