The only person I trust to do a Burial tutorial
Changing the tempo from 138 to 134 was a masterstroke. 👏🏾
Excellent tutorial man. You're always extremely efficient with the timing of your vids and how much you pack in while explaining your methods all so clearly. Thank you!
bro. thank you so much for moving so fast, really appreciate it 👌 keep making vids!
Julien was responsible for me to do my first future garage EP a year ago 👍👏🌻
Your tutorials are awesome, man. Keep it up!
Really good videos. You break things down well and you also don't faff about and your videos are a breeze to watch. I got inspired by your ideas here, started and finished a track and I think it sounds pretty sick. I'd like to show it here but then labels will give me the usual " exclusivity" schpiel and not accept it! Cheers again, Julian.
Dude great tutorials. Well skilled and loads of great tips 🤘👌
Your tutorials are SO good man!! Thank you for this 🙏🏻 kudos
Link not working for the samples - could you re-post / upload please 🙏🏻
I'm still a beginner with music production and came across your video somehow. I learned a ton just by watching this short video, great job at explaining how different effects/drum patterns give a different vibe to a track. Good work man, excited to go through all your videos now.
PS, anyway you can make a video on workflow tips in ableton? I like how fast and simple you make producing seem and how you use a ton of shortcuts to speed up the process
That’s so dope. Thanks dude. I’ve learnt so much from your videos. 🙂
Those chords and samples were beautiful
Thanks a lot for this video, you're the best ableton teacher out there!

Love how you simplified this process so much. Just starting to experiment with this genre. Would love a fresh link to the samples, though! The one in the description is pooched :(
@Mynnos I've been having fun with lo-fi lately as well. I'll give your stuff a listen! And I agree, a common lo-fi style set of drums would definitely compliment this style.
Damn.. you're good

Hey Julian, this tutorial is really amazing... and I have to say your tutorials inspire me!
Great tutotial!
But the link for the samples is not working
I love your videos btw
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🖤🖤
im not able to download the sample pack man
Great tutorial! Although here in the UK it's pronounced GaRIDGE not GaRARGE ;o)
Captain_The_Puggy well, not really. The British pronounce it garidge because they call their motor-homes garidges. But seeing as garage is French in origin garage is the correct pronunciation.
@@Dev1nci 1) no sane person calls their motor home a garidge. Not in Britain, not anywhere. 2) I'm not talking about the origin of language, I'm talking about how the word garage should be used in context, in the UK. If you talk about 'UKG' to anyone clued up in the UK and you pronounce it like barrage, then you'll get merked. end of.
@@captain_the_puggy8486 trust me my g
@@captain_the_puggy8486 Enjoy being wrong :)
@@Dev1nci What part of 'here in the UK it's pronounced GaRIDGE not GaRARGE' is wrong???? Re-read my original comment and you'll see that it's not wrong You didn't read it properly.
Can i change the pitch of a youtube video
the link is not letting me get the samples
Do you ever try experimenting with something completely out of the box? I find I make the best music when I don't follow rules, and I make something different.
Your voice reminds me of alantutorial. uwu
What are these chords?
julien , make claro intelecto or steffi video please))
Shaggy, Scooby-Doo is looking for you!
Why don't you like to use Drum Racks?
Recondite tutorial please!!
+1
+1
ну ты конечно красавчик)
Old school garage ??
Download link is broken but nice video!
link is broken
the link for the free samples is broken btw!!
I started calling this pattern the "Washing machine" drums
SKEE MASK TUT PLZ!!!! Other requests (Barker, Ricardo, Recondite, Call Super, Objekt, Max Cooper....)
Wery good video
future garage could be such cool genre if not that "water streamlet" sound in 90% of beats and too major notes. make it minor and beat closer to old school breakbeat and that is a deal
I can see that FL producers are crying out there.. possibility of Ableton is crazy..
This is tight, but it's a loop not a track.
It’s /ˈɡærɪdʒ/ not /ˈɡærɑːʒ/
dude u're so cute hahah
Your voice is killing me, but great tut
Just like this tutorial costs you nothing, so does being kind.
@@devvvvvvvvvvvv its really sad but i have to be honest i cant watch it for that reason
@@urbanizedpizza same
Agreed, his tutorials are great but fucking Christ is it a sacrifice on my ears to learn anything from them
Your voice lmao
Dude, utilize your vocal coarse muscle
