Hi Shen! I understand where youre coming from. Just so you know, most of the high rise buildings are in this location(Fort Bonifacio), this only means all these buildings were able to get a permit and was allowed because area itself has passed the test for high rise buildings. 🤗

True. Jeepnies n trikes r not allowed in the city. There is transfer station. BGC has its own bus system. I prefer BGC over Makati. Ms. B is correct, BGC is a class A city.

Good job! How does BGC compare to Arca South? I heard per square meter, Arca South's development cost is higher; thus, one might assume Arca South is a higher end city (?)
