      The extra year of warranty is moot though as if you have another years warranty and you carry on using it, you will naturally buy another years care refresh
      Those DJI folk know what they are doing

    I purchased a Osmo Action 3 adventure combo on the 1st week of its release but its still sealed in its box .. I'm concerned about this focus issue regarding this camera though .. if my camera should suffer from this issue what would you do as a company to fix this ?

    DJI should make things very clear to their customers. I got the mini 3 pro and a one year DJI Care refresh. Which I have never used. Now I’m told the one year warranty extension is for non-user error or malfunction. An error not caused by me. I’m also told I’ll have to buy another DJI care refresh, even though I never used the first one.

    My DJI Avata 2 when connected with the Googles and my mobile phone using the DJI Fly app, the option for Premium or Basic are both greyed out. The Goggles 3 and the Avata 2 with the motion controller were all connected, and the they are bind (paired) together for the past 14 days. The option for me to get DJI Care Express has been out of option for me for the past few weeks since I've got it. Is there a reason for this?
    It also notes that it's _'currently unavailable'_ which I cannot fathom that. Is there something I'm missing?

    DJI THE SOLUTION FOR ALL PROBLEMS. Many denigrate for lack of support. But they don't know the solutions. In Brazil it is very rewarding to get any dji product. Only lay people do not know how to deal with support.

    Absolute scam! I had to use my DJI Fly away, they basically charge you almost the full price for a new drone. It’s a total scam. I’ve never heard of insurance. Were they charge you almost a full price. Also, you have to deal with her horrible customer service in China that barely speaks English.

    Very good guys, for me the support of Dji or the Dji company always had me with great illusions year after years, I have always been a loyal customer to them and always year after year with desire for them, for their work, research and I have I have actively participated in its growth since I have been a customer for several years and of various items, such as I have already bought five drones, the last one the Dji Mavic 3 combo, Gimbal Ronnin, Osmo action and others since 2018, never a problem, until A month and a half ago I sent to the European headquarters for repairs in the Netherlands, well once repaired with a value of €210, they send me my repaired aircraft and it arrives in the Canary Islands, which is exempt from VAT, they ask me for a payment of €80 something that I ordered to be returned to Holland, the Dji support team contacted me claiming that they were wrong, that I made the payment and they were in charge of returning me with purchase coupons with the same value, what happened, do I do it charge of that payment or trusting them and in the end after a few days I make a purchase with that value using these coupons and suddenly the DHL parcel returns the items to Dji Holland due to some wrong indications from them about the shipment (imagine how I can feel) there is nothing left here The things, the aircraft that we talked about earlier, of which I made the payment, I also had to return since it came with a defective glue on the front leg, well, it is returned to Holland, it is checked again and Dji support tells me to forgive because it is It is true that the aircraft is defective and they would send me another aircraft, well as expected from the entire procedure carried out up to here I had no hope of anything, that's how we finished almost the year we will reach the year 2023 and with nothing, since I They send another aircraft with the UPS package and the same thing when it arrives they ask me for a payment of €120, that is, higher than the previous one, well, I have sent it back to Holland, in short, I have given Dji money €210 of the first aircraft, €80 to pay for picking up the first aircraft and another €9 to be able to finish the orders previously made with the supposed coupons and today I have nothing, neither my Dji Mavic 3 aircraft, nor the purchase orders made in the Dji store with these coupons, I only had to pay, that is, Dji support is disastrous, Unprofessional, for each step I take, they take a different team that doesn't get in touch with each other at the disastrous end and I will have to go to a Court in my country to help me with all the documentation and others.
    I hope that the Spanish Courts are more professional and make Dji return my device at least, in short, Dji has disappointed me and has made me analyze the next purchase very well and remove this Fan that I had with my eyes closed by DJI

      I’m also starting to see what you mean. DJI just makes misleading ads. For example, the warranty extension for safe flying. They never tell you this warranty extension is for non-user error or malfunction only. And not for your careful and safe flying. In other words, the warranty extension is for whenever their product messes you up. And not the other way round. They should make these explanations very clear to me in their ads.
