I got the same system installed. Overall works flawlessly, but the only problem i am facing is that the lock unlocks only when the unlock button is pressed twice on the Vdp screen. Same case on the mobile app even when connected to the wifi. I am using yale lock model 724. Can you help me figure out this problem. Thanks in advance.

Please connect door lock in a new video , as a new connection. What i have understood, that there is no new wire. Just connection from out door to lock is required.
I also have the similar query like @Ravijoshi2,is there any wifi enabled lock so that there will not be any wire required between outdoor camera and lock.Because it will not hinder in sliding gate due the fixed wire ,while opening the gate.

You can unlock door from your mobile on data or wifi network ,you have to install mobile app on your mobile for remote operating

It will work because ideal distance for cat 6 cable for data transmission is 90 mtr
