No, there is no vent hole in the normal version, it's useless
Which one should i choose between this and red magic 8 pro
Both are amazing, depending on one's requirements
The redmagic has the better camera ( i have both phones) but If you want Performance the rog Phone is Made for that !! Cause the all the old redmagics and the New ones have this Feature AI Feature that Changes the framerate and the only way to Change that is to Go into Developer Options

Both phones are amazing, I personally preferred Redmagic 8 Pro Titanium version.
But there is gonna be Redmagic 8S Pro coming out soon.

All can use the cooler but the ultimate one comes with the cooler in the packaging

On the video I don't know why its stays at 29 degrees Celsius....but normally such as genshin impact it can goes to 46 degrees Celsius
