Here's one thing incorrect: according to canon, Thalia ran away when she was about 12. This leads to her not still taking care of Jason, as he was abandoned at 3. Also, she got the news of her mother dying in books 3,4, or five of the Percy Jackson series. As I remember, she said this in the earlier pages of the book and she became a Hunter of Artemis in the last chapters of books four or five.
