O line is very important to this team and to brad holmes. Keep the coach and I'll bet that we draft a high interior lineman. Very possible to get the best guard at 28
I went back and checked the game twice in TH-cam and I found that Lions had the ball exactly for 24 mins 38 secs and commanders had it for 35 mins and 22 secs. In one possession, commanders had the ball for 8 minutes and 36 secs with 15 plays(due to penalty) which in reality would not have possible due to Lions mistakes. If we take the turnover touchdown from commanders, we are actually even at 38-38 and it does not look that bad to console ourselves for next 6 months till august or till draft. Hopefully lions make good use of the opportunity when they get to playoffs because you know what happened to red wings in 2009 in Joe Louis against pittsburgh and red wings could never come closer to that championship run again. In 1991 or 92 looks lions had one win and it took them 33 years to get back where they are now. Pistons lost to spurs in the 7th game in 2005 and could never repeat that performance even after 20 years. If you miss the train, we will never be able to catch the train for a very long time. Hope they(lions) learn the lessons and get right players from free agency and drafts who can be instant success like Jayden Daniels or Sam Laporta/Gibbs/Branch/Joseph from last year. We need lot of good backups for defensive side, and I am waiting for the offensive coordinator who will be a big difference for 25-26 season. I request the owner and the grounds men to do some kind of work on the turf/ground of Ford field which is doing something or injuring the defensive players, or we change the way have man to man coverage to defend the opponents. The team record in spite of all problems with defense was still 15-2 and had we not had this many turnovers resulting in at least 6 to 8 minutes to commanders we would have won this game. If we scored at 3rd and 1 where Goff fumbled or had 1st down in the first quarter and gone up 14-3, we really would have a completely different game and lions would be leading the entire game.

I think it’s funny everyone says AG is a great coach and all that but look at his defense every year. Won’t change his game plan while getting torched in 4 years with Detroit. I’m happy with him gone wish it happened yrs ago
Listen. The answers are easy. The next DC needs to figure out how to stop running QB’s good in RPO. AG has a horrible record against these kind of teams. That was our Achilles heel. Hutch, Anzalone, Jack, BB, CD3, Kerb, Amik, Terrion and the rest of the defense is exciting. This is an opportunity to get the coaching right and not only get to the next level, but stay there.
The defense wasn’t why we lost it was the offense period. They sucked so bad it is just unbelievable they were the Lions. Goff was a big part of this failure
The Lions Offense didn't protect the football. It was mainly Goff. Gibbs did a terrific job. Laporte made an outstanding touchdown catch on a pass that would have been out of reach for many receivers. The defense gave a good effort. They made some stops, but with all those turnovers, it was too much.
Omg, this is the best Lions news all week by far. Glad that Hank Fraley is staying, and I’m sure the Lions feel the same way.
Heck yeah this is great news.
Hooray! That was a close one.
Great show Matt!! Go Lions, thankyou for all the news!

We can lose Zeitler and Glasgow. With a 28th pick guard and Mohogony, I think we're solid!
GReat News!!! This guy is a stud!!!
Another great show Matt , thank you!
That's great news. Thanks Matt
Stud, absolutely needed this
Pretty sure anyone who has a brain and wants a chance at a Superbowl is gonna pick the Lions over the Bears or Jets... I bet we don't lose many folks.
Fraley stayin'...oh wow!
That's good news.we are going to be fine.
When you consider that these games are literally won at the line of scrimmage, you could argue that his staying is more important than BJ leaving 🙌
Lol
hank is the goat 🐐.

Ben did say he's not going to try and poach so that's cool
He's staying, like Tom Hagen in "The Godfather: Part II."
Great news. Question for yall. If the Lions cut Glasgow, how would his 1 year contract change cap room moving forward?
Maybe this year, Hank can teach the offensive line how to pick up a stunt because never once have they been able to pick one up under his tutelage.
OC?
Because of their success it's an open season for hiring Lions coaching staff.
Ben Johnson pirated J.T. Barrett, Randle El and almost, Hank Fraley.

Hank looked at Seattle and Chicago talent on the O line and was like “uhh yea I’ll stay with Penei and Manu and Dirt bag lol
Glasgow went down because he switched to LG from RG please don’t mention that Matt

The only good news after the devastating loss
Lions didn’t lose to the Vikings matt
Goff is better than solid lol
Seahawks didn't want him
Yikes😊
He'll regret not coming to Chicago sooner or later
Yes of course because of all the talent on Bears O line
They got waterboarded last Saturday. The Lions did their best tho
Make him of and run the fu king ball
