I don't know why expressing your insecurities in a relationship is considered a bad thing ? If there are questions, or if there's something that you don't like happening , why not share that with your partner so that you can work through them together ?

I think I watched a different interview. LOL - It looks to me like Melyn will be fair in a relationship - she would like to be able to check his phone (and would understandably be suspicious if he won't even let her hold his phone to take a picture), and he can have access to her phone. - And what woman wants to be with a controlling man? Of course she wouldn't want to have a controlling boyfriend any more than we would want a controlling girlfriend. - A girlfriend should be able to hang out with her friends. Going to a friend's house or out to get a bite to eat together at Jollibee is perfectly fine. Couples need time apart too, and if a guy won't let her ever spend time alone with her friends, then he's definitely controlling. - And Melyn wanting to accompany her boyfriend to a nightclub sounds smart, especially if he is a foreigner because he will likely get hit on a lot. I also wouldn't want my girlfriend to go to a club unless I was with her, to be honest - that's a recipe for disaster, even if she's trustworthy. Melyn sounds like she will make a great girlfriend because she isn't asking her boyfriend do anything she won't also do for him.
