I’d love to hear more about Dave’s new shoulder. I know he’s planning on getting the other one done, but is he training at all now? Does he have a strategy for after both are done? It’s my understanding that new reverse shoulders handle a maximum weight of about 25-30 pounds before you cause them to fail and suffer serious consequences. Dave’s the only guy I’ve ever seen that is coming from a true hardcore bodybuilding past that is going to have two shoulder replacements. I’m mortified at the idea of doing mine , that it will mean the end of my life in the gym. I really can’t imagine living life without training. I’ve barely accepted the fact that I’ll never be able to get back into any semblance of my old physique or conditioning, but I at least still have the ability to use machines , cables and the occasional dumbbell, most of all, still enjoy the gym in some manner. From my research, the reasoning to take ACV was it blunts some carbohydrate break down, so you don't absorb all your carbs. But this function works with any vinegar, apple cider just has good marketing and tastes better than standard white.

I'm currently 313 pounds and it sux. Carry a lot of muscle but also carrying excess fat. I only eat as much as a normal person but put on weight too damn easy
I do a 8 day split but take no days off that way I never feel like I'm wasting time plus I can destroy my muscles and let it totally recover. I have hot my best gains from this. I jumped from 230 at 12% fat to 242 at around 9-10% and my diet didn't change my supplements stayed the same except I added Fiberlize to my fault routine except only using it pre contest. I do cardio 4-5 days a week and it's most likely the elliptical 35-45min after my workout and I walk on the treadmill for 15-20min faster in the morning just to get moving and burn so extra calories.
Breakneck sometimes I will break my back day in half and do deadliest and rows on one day then do my lats and all my pull down movements on another. That has helped with my back development.
areMiller I stay away from exercises that put s lot of strain on them and wrap them when needed. They don't bother me. If they start I will switch it up. I haven't always done this, but it is working.

Dorian ate KFC Ronnie had barbecue sauce on fries and Big Macs, Trey Brewer ate anything just about,Kovacs slaughtered McDonalds. none of that has anything to do with genetics none of these guys started there first cycles much more than 200 pounds. 99% of people start way less than that, so you cant pull the genetic card. most pros dont even cruise on 500mg it isnt the 1980's anymore. hell not even the 90's where that might pass. genetics is being 7 feet tall genetics is having thicker bones for your structure or thinner ones, short or long insertions, your metabolism it isnt making anyone 300 lbs. infact most people that hit 320lbs were shorter and didnt eat as much as Dave and that would thus imply he had genetics that werent as good. Paul Dillet was genetics. both 320 2 inch roughly height difference if dave is indeed or was the 6 feet. yet Paul would respond to drugs like magic. Dave didnt. he had to out eat everyone except kovacs. Sergio Oliva would be an example of genetics not Dave. he ate garbage throughout his preps and still kept a perfect waistline. i'm all about the freaks, but you cant deny Sergio and Paul Dillet had some of the best genetics. better than Ronnie by a fuckin long shot. Ronnie just used enough gh over a long period to where genetics doesnt even matter if you can cause enough hyperplasia so i really hate it when people play the genetics card.
I think the biggest genetic advantage that nobody really talks about that's actually true is your genetic response to steroids. There wouldn't be a higher important genetic advantage than your body exploding when given gear as measured to other users. I think that's why people like Flex Wheeler because who he did. He was a small skinny frail teen with kidney issues, so small he couldn't play football! He took gear and became a beast and that's because his genetic potential was really in his steroids response not his diet or mentality or genetic muscle bellies etc.
bingo, dexter jackson was like a flyweight bodybuilder he was like 100lbs 110 tops and worked up to being the 08 olympia in increments but flex/ken was taking dbol at 19 so he wasnt really that responsive until he got the newer stuff the esiclene the parabolan the dbol didnt build him the site enhancement gh and in the early 00's when esiclene ran dry the synthol, he was never huge from steroid use. plus his muscle bellies were genetically good but very enhanced, looked good though.
his first cycle was anadrol only actually and it was 1 tab for 100 days until the bottle was gone and he got 25 lbs out of it and Lee Priests was deca only and was like 400mg for 6 weeks and he gained 20 lbs maybe 25lbs i think all things everyone tells you not to do! they lived together actually and people that even knew paul said he was using fuck all early on like 150mg winstrol and 150mg of test suspension a day. for his size thats a miracle.
Don't take that training advice if you're starting from zero basically. You'll never grow training a body part one day a week naturally starting out. When I stated from zero I did full body workout 6 days a week and gained 28 pounds in 25 weeks. And I don't even have good genetics. But after you put on that first 25, you gotta train differently or you won't grow anymore.
I sure miss those days. Sometimes I was so sore I couldnt even do the same body part the next week.. A newbie should really aim for 1-2lbs a week, if they are really serious. I was literally eating till I would puke, then move to liquid calories to make sure I still got everything in that meal. Anddd I was a hardgainer.

Breakneck 1-legs 2- chest 3- shoulder 4- triceps 5- light legs focused on hamstrings, 6- back 7- biceps and 4arms 8- restart.
