- Went on a bbq tour in Seattle. First I went to BBQ Pit for some must try ribs! Also that smoked beef brisket sandwich was amazing!! The highlight of the day was for sure at Lady Jaye West where they smoked a GIANT BBQ Beef rib for over 10 hours! The sides were incredible as well.

For sure, the Chinese food scene has really exploded in recent years. Even before that, we did have a great Vietnamese and Korean food scene.
Pretty much. Maybe a few underrepresented cuisines, but quite a lot!
I've only been there once but the area's seafood and fruits were some of the best I've ever had.
We do but you have to look out for high yelp rated impostors with the tech boom. We've lost alot of amazing/cheap Asian corner stores that did Sushi/Teriyaki because of the leases.
West coast has great Asian and Mexican, terrible Italian and French.
I rushed over so quickly.

Unrelated to the food in this video but, I finally tried the Trader Joe's pork ginger soup dumplings and the chicken lemon grass wraps you recommended on your review and they were amazing. The kung pao chicken is next. 💖
Same the xiao long baos are exactly what you would find in a Chinese restaurant.

The Barbecue Pit has been on our list. We like Briley's a lot -- they are consistent and their spicy sauce is not too sweet. We'll have to check out Lady Jaye sometime. It was sweet that you kicked off their proposal.
If you haven't tried Izumi and Bibi Cafe in Kirkland, we highly recommend.
