I've herd you can control turnouts with WiThrottle on Apple devices. However, I only think you can program with JMRI. I do believe there is an Apple version of JMRI, but I don't think it works with iPhones. www.jmri.org/install/MacOSX.shtml
Once you get Digitrax figured out, you are usually good to go, but the instructions are shite. It would be great if they would provide videos for exactly how things should go, which are pretty simple, but you have to figure it out.

Thanks for the video, it helped me understand the DS64 programming with JMRI a lot more.
