The tampon puts pressure on the urethra (aka pee hole) and helps you not lose bladder control. Usually caused by carrying babies and it ruins your pelvic floor and causes bladder control issues. They actually make contraption to use like this. The “holes” are parallel. There. Any questions?
It's dangerous to wear a tampon when you're not on your period. It can cause Toxic Shock Syndrome (also caused by leaving tampons in too long when you have your period & you should always use one with the smallest absorbency needed) which can actually kill you & also can lead to a buildup of bacteria which can cause a foul odor (ew). It really annoys me that Bravo puts these things in the edit, there are a lot of uneducated people out there who will do things just because they see people on tv doing them, which is dangerous. Read the pamphlet in the tampon box, ladies, we need to treat our Vs well! 😆
