- Nottingham's Fat Tulips were regular guests at The Fountain. As far as I know, this is the only live set of theirs that is online. The only downside to the gig was Mickey insisted on bringing a bin bag full of shredded newspaper that would go up in the air at the start, Darling Buds style. And we all had to clear it up before we went home.

I think I was at this. Did the Love Buttons support? I was at uni with them, they were OK, singer had a big red gretch.
Can't say definately yes, I didn't keep accurate records of each night. I remember The Love Buttons very well, they wanted to play again with The Popguns but I never had any success on organising that.
