You know I love talking about makeup brushes! I hope my thoughts on this new set from BK Beauty is helpful! If they seem like your cup of tea, you can save with my code KEEPBEAUTYREAL shrsl.com/3auok All of the makeup I used is linked in the description, too. 💕
@@catherinelynnfraser2001 they are so nice-my BK Beauty have really held up over time (other than the newer 101 Style getting a bit floppy 💔) and they have such a pretty look!
Ohhh love the honest review Kelly! I picked up the Angie brush kit during the BK sale but haven't tried it yet and can't wait to try the brushes! Love the comparison's as well, very helpful. 😊 I might only be interested in the last one for cream bronzer but I do have enough brushes in my collection that I don't really NEED it at this time. Also, I'm more of a powder girl and I honestly love my Sigma brushes and the Lara Faye Royal Blue set you recommended me to get. 💙
Thank you Kiran, glad it was helpful 🩷 I"m glad that they are going to be doing these individually in the near future for those of us who at this point can really pick and choose. I'm so glad you're loving your LF brushes too! There are a ton of great options, thats for sure!
Thanks for the review! I'm not really in the market for a new brush, but I always love seeing what's new and exciting. Angie's kitten paw brush is a daily driver for me-- I use it for anyplace on my face I've dotted on concealer. It's awesome. You also mentioned Wayne's discontinued Airbrush-- that thing is the best when you just want the teeniest wheeeff of powder. ("Wheeeff." Sure. We'll go with that. 😁) My favorite brush in the known universe though is this ancient mini Sephora face brush #50.5. It's a fluffy-pointy brush that I use for powder blush and bronzer. It's also great for a super-quick eye look if I just want to use my blush and bronzer leftovers on my eyes. Bury me with that thing! 😁
Yes. Wayne’s brush was the perfect “wheeef” brush. 🤣 I have, on the occasion we have chatted, BEGGED for another rendition of that brush. The Unit 305 brush is a good “dupe” but it’s not THE Airbrush. I don’t think I’ve actually tried any of the Sephora brushes-no that’s a lie. I got a clearance set which didn’t do them justice so I won’t judge. I hear many people Who have faves!
I definitely am a brush nerd. I find that the filaments in most synthetic brushes absorb more product than I prefer. When I find a brush that works well and doesn’t absorb my foundation, it’s a big win. I also prefer a different concealer shape but this is going to be nice for some folks. Two sided brushes work well for me. I haven’t had problems with my powders and my creams getting on each other with this type. I use a standing brush cup. I think it’s going to really depend on a person’s storage, habits and then the technique that they use. This video helped me to see if these will be a fit for me. ❤❤❤
@@KeepBeautyReal1 I, like you, and very skeptical about the double sided brush, especially since I don't even like the Nikki la rose one lol but I figured I would check it out and see
Hi, i LOVE brushes to and i LOVE bk brushes, i ordered these as soon as i got my email 😂 my holy grail is 101, 109 and 113. I just KNOW that tiny particles of creams and powders are being put on the opposite when I apply so that just seems weird to my Virgo brain 🤣🤣🤣
You looks so lovely ❤❤ good luck.. Blessings
Thanks for the review. From my admittedly small sample I find that I prefer BK Beauty’s face brushes to their eye brushes, something about the shapes.
I would actually agree. I like that they have incorporated smaller eye brushes over time, which is what I prefer.
yes I love love love brushes and ordered these first thing this morning lol
Awesome! I hope you love them! 🫶
