di ba sa senado may ethics committee? di ba unethical din sa isang senador at conflict of interest kung meron syang ibang trabaho at connected on a private company? o baka sabihin nya or idahilan e magkaiba yun kasi "constituency work" yung ginagawa nya sa RTIA. under Term of Office and Privileges of the 19th congress "Sec. 13. No Senator or Member of the House of Representatives may hold any other office or employment in the Government, or any subdivision, agency, or instrumentality thereof, including government-owned or controlled corporations or their subsidiaries, during his term without forfeiting his seat." maliwanag naman sa batas yun.
