- You are watching my Fire Emblem: Three Houses romance/support conversation series. In this series I will feature support conversations between some of my favorite characters. You can expect to see the avatar with different companions and also support conversations between different characters.

Oh, so that's what he meant when he said he didn't know how he had a crest in Cindered Shadows. The old man was Aubin, who used his blood to heal him, thus giving him his crest. That's actually a pretty interesting detail.
So he was Lysithea’d but it wasn’t painful, ritualistic, and it was one crest (albeit a major crest) rather than 2.

Never before has my faithfulness towards Dimitri been challenged more. Seriously, some of his dialogue, particularly in cindered shadows, had me chant "I love Dimitri. I love Dimitri. I love Dimitri." cause I was playing (and still going through) azure moon at the time. But when it's time for verdant wind...hoo boy

probly best place to say this but due to the real world views on gays during medival time there it kinda of bugs me see such paring in games set in settings inspired by that period. in games like mass effect and life is strange they don"t bother me at all and I will activly ship such parings in game with settings like that

I found this on another video, however, someone theorized that Yuri might be Leon of valentia (A character in another Fe game but I cannot remember which.)
@@crossreaver7230 that'd be cool. Leon is from fire emblem echoes shadows of valentina and fire emblem gaiden. Though, I was sure he was only interested in men. still, I loved leon and if that theory is true, it would be like laslow, Selena, and Odin all over again.

Maybe it's because Leon got rejected by Byleth so badly that turned him only having interest in men. Well, that's just my guess
I kinda prefer female Byleth's ending with Yuri more than the other as it kinda gives more insight with their relationship (passing their legacy to their children, sending love letters to each other) and I think it ties more with Yuri's S-support with the whole 'real name' reference.
Also female Byleth has Goddess powers too, she could've made him immortal so he would live as long as her and their children. Kinda like Seteth and Flayn except the other parent is also alive.

Yuri's ending with male Byleth in AM/VW/SS states that "Curiously, informal notes and letters from friends suggested that the pair was extraordinary long-lived and their youth was untouched by the passage of time".
Albeit not explicitly stated in his ending with female Byleth, I am certain the same happens. If Male Byleth could extend Yuri's lifespan and stop his aging process if they marry, Female Byleth surely can do it too.
I prefer shipping Yuri with Male Byleth, but that's just my personal preference. Either way, long life Yuri.

Plus, it is possible that Yuri could be immortal on his own in some ways. Perhaps with when he was healed when he was young by the old man, it extended his lifespan greatly. Not necessarily immortal, but still.

But still, there's nothing saying female Byleth can't turn Yuri immortal, too.

Yuri has a Major Crest that he probably received from the old man doctor and contributed to his lifespan (like Jeralt since Rhea gave her blood to him and got the Major Crest of Seiros that gave him immortality or long life span?).
