I have one of these on my 950 and love it. I never crank it up because it is mounted on the roll bar behind the seats and it can be too loud. It definitely drowns out the engine noise.

I agree seems to be super loud for sure.

I got the same bar....but opted for the re-chargeable battery powered version. No wires to run up to the battery. Bought the extra battery with it....and keep a fully charged spare in my storage box. It'll give us 6-8 hours of play at 3/4ths full volume. And there's no HF interference from the machines electrical while running. The bass on mine did improve after I installed full front and rear shields. Have added 7 or 8 aftermarket accessories to my machine since new....and this was the best purchase so far. The best part about it is....I can play music while stopped or parked w/o taxing the vehicle battery. Great review as always RNG.

I didn’t even know they had one like that. That is awesome I probably would have asked for that one for sure. Thank you buddy. Seems like a good bar for sure

Bought one for my Golf cart last month and cant speak highly enough about it so far.
Its mounted in the rear under the roof speakers facing forward. I agree its not the bassiest thing ive heard but i figured that was going to be the case before purchasing.
IMO its got great sounds, plenty loud enough and the speaker lights and light bar made it a no brainer.
Also the fact it has a 12v output is awesome so now i can run a small set of whip lights and not have to wire all the way to the fuse block.
I must have a newer or older design because my wires come out of the top which i actually prefer sonit was easier to conceal them.

Have this on my Pro XP4 so far it has worked as advertised and so far seems to be waterproof. One thing I have noticed is some songs sound great and others not as much but in all it does the job.

Now the question is, do you want to be able to hear it or do you want everybody within a hundred yards to be able to hear it? I doubt everybody wants to hear your music just like you don’t want to hear everybody else’s music.
I mounted a gun rack on the front of my 800 XC, it works perfectly! Thanks for the video.

I just want to hear it over the loud engines.

Selecting a audio system that can be distinguished from the Thunderous Roar that my Uforce 1000 emits as it's ripping up and tearing down the Rockies has been difficult.

I know that’s right. I drove mine around the block and I can hear this one pretty nicely

It cut out a bit too a little bit. I wanted to get some tunes for my sxs but I didn't want to spend 800 or more to do it. I went and bought an Altec Lansing speaker that is dust, dirt and waterproof and made for ORV use but the mounting threads pulled right out of it second use and it could go a touch louder.

LOL...15A fuse, but specs state 500 watt peak power. Impossible !. Ohm's law disagrees. 12 volt battery X 15 amp fuse = 180 MAX wattage (with 100 % efficiency - which won't happen).

    • @R.N.GPerformance
      @R.N.GPerformance  ปีที่แล้ว

Anyone that knows how stereos work we all know they lie. All we care about is how it performs. You will never get true wattage without spending thousands.

@@R.N.GPerformance , Not necessarily. For a quick all in one solution, this may be the best presently. However, if one wanted to take the day to install a Bluetooth amp and a pair of coaxial marine speakers in cans...can be done for same or slightly more. Take a look at this amp - KAC-M5024BT. Wilson Audio did a bench test and it exceeds rated specs (has a 40 amp fuse). Thanks for the video.
