When i make clipping mask, the display become white all. How to fix it.?

There are many possibilities. It might be caused by selecting another object to use as a clipping mask and that object has some effects applied to it.
Use only two clipping masks the square and the blend object. Make sure the square is on top and select both and then use clipping mask.
