Two questions my friend...... Question 1/. I noticed you left the silver spacer on the bottom of the struts after the new bracket upgrade, should I have left mine on too? Question 2/. Do you know the exact hardware specs for the stainless bolts, nuts and washers for these new upgraded brackets ?? I want to get them ASAP. Thanks Bro !!
You don't need the spacers when you use this bracket, but it doesn't hurt to leave them on as they will just make the hood sit up a little higher. As for the bolts, I'm going to run out to the store today and finally replace mine with stainless steel ones. I forgot about wanting to do that until I read your question. I'll post up the size nuts and bolts I get in the video description later.
@@VampyreX13 I actually found a bunch of M7 bolts of different lengths, along with nuts and 1 inch washers in my mess of hardware. Totally forgot I even had them. lol !! I'll send you a photo when I finally install them (I have to paint the brackets first so they don't rust). Thanks Bro!! Awesome as ever !!
@@jameshydra1031 maybe because you're in Canada? The search terms I used to find it were "universal hood bonnet mounting bracket" if you want to check your Amazon Canada site. If you find a working link, let me know.
@@VampyreX13 The fact I'm in Canada is probably the problem. I checked Amazon Canada but no luck. Oh, well. Like they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'm not having any problems with my original brackets moving, so I'll just leave them be. Thanks for the help though. Greatly appreciated !!
Easily great quality video man. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Quick question. Do u so reaction videos? If so, would accept any request video that involves automotive?
I've never done one, but I do watch some of them.
@@VampyreX13 would that be a yes?🤣
Hey Derrick quick question.
.. why did you install the hood struts upside down ? I have seen other ones installed right side up....
This is how the instructions were written.
I noticed you have the k&n short ram intake, but what is that shield/hose running down towards the left fog lamp?
That is my custom Ram Air Intake per th-cam.com/video/mk5EQmXxf20/w-d-xo.html.

@@VampyreX13 Thanks Bro, I appreciate it.
Added the info to the video description. M6 is easier to find, but M7 will also work.

Hey Bro.... the Amazon link is dead and the eBay link won't ship to Canada. Do you have any other links to get the brackets?? Thanks Bro.
I just updated the Amazon link.
@@VampyreX13 Thanks !!
The link still says it's unavailable.
