  • The final progression of our fast feet and hip movement mini series. These drills and practices are perfect to adding to the start of your session as a conditioning component to help improve your teams fitness and movement before diving into your main skill!
    Think about pairing with some defensive work, running through the line of the ball or some attacking work focusing on changing direction at speed to receive ball in the back space after losing a defender.
