Is a template or sample available somewhere for viewing? This looks amazing, I would just love to see the set up. At the end of the week, are students typically able to read a text fluently? I am wondering if this could be combined with oral fluency practice since they are getting that choral reading practice of it.

Is the same brief passage used for each of the 5 phases?
Yes, that's right. It was the same material but different questions each day.
